This company is the worst you can ever find.. they are rude, thieves, liars, and every time someone complains about being robbed they reply the same thing: "if you are too cheap to rent our cars bla bla bla..." or "of you cannot afford etc..." well who can afford to get ripped off and stolen from cheap, dirty scums like you guys? Shame on you

Personnel à l'écoute. Le changement de véhicule après un mois n'est pourtant pas une bonne chose. Nous avons eu une voiture avec moins d'options.

Bon service de location. J'ai loué un véhicule pour une semaine et tout s'est très bien passé.

Cars are generally in good condition. I have had issues with tank not being full when I pick the car up. Cleaning could also be a little better. Inside of windshield usually needs cleaned so I can see out without that haziness. Overall good. I use them 2-3 times per month.

Good Job by Sales Staff at The Airport Desk !

From a recent vacation: Incoming to TVC from ORD, I found their desk very easily. I checked in with the lady there, who was very friendly, and easily got my car. Only wait time I had, I went just down the hall to the baggage claim, and everything was done by then. On return, same lady, and just as easy. Bit of a line that time, but nothing unreasonable for any airport. Great price using my accommodations through American Airlines, and everything I needed.

Employé très serviable. Cherche solution à tout et surtout cherche à nous faire payer le moins possible. Je recommande.
