Car Rental

Great prices, great staff.

Very pleasant and respectful

Called to inquire cost of a 7 day rental . Spoke with a rude, obnoxious male with hostility towards me, a potential customer ... ... How does your company stay in business when this individual as your front line representative treats potential customers in this manner ? I am surprised that this Newmarket location is still in opetation . Naturally I will be utilizing other car leasing companies where the potential customer is appreciated and treated with respect .... If you want to be treated with hostility disrespect and ignorance to save a few $$$ this is the place to call ..... THE COST OUTWEIGHS THE DISCOUNT .... ..

Good cars, good prices. I book on Hotwire to save money but always get a decent car.

Went to pickup the car in the morning, the process was fast, as I did book it online. Dropping the car was fast as well, didn't spend more than 5 minutes. The car was clean, it runs good and extending the rental period was easy to do over the phone.

Friendly and relatively organized and helpful

Kelly's Rent-A-Car has provided me with great service on several occasions. Brendan provided suberb customer service and got me into a rental without delay. I would highly recommend Kelly's!

Booked a car over the phone but there was No one at the desk. Basically a waste of time.

Nice staff very helpful.

Thanks for your help and support Bristol.

I had to rent a car from here and it was a great experience they get you in fast and on your way and super nice staff more than willing to help.

I would give less if I could. They where supposed to be here at 9 no one showed up until 9:50. This is not how you run a business. When we called the kitchener location to find out what was happening they were incredibly rude. Instead of apologizing he actually yelled at us. Never again.

Chris and his team give you a great service.

Excellent service from a Hertz Gold Plus Member’s stand point.

Service is good and the van was clean but couldn't get the advertised special rate because I didn't book the van online one day ahead of time!
