I reserved an SUV for a wedding and baptism weekend, sent in a copy of my license as requested for the reservation and asked for a confirmation, which I never got. I called the next day to request a confirmation, they told me "no problem, just send you email", which I did. Still no response. I showed up on the day I was supposed to pick up the SUV, which is nowhere to be seen, and the door is locked, so I call, and am told "oh I rented it to someone else". To which I objected profusely, and was told "let me see if I can find you something else. I'll call you back in 10 minutes." And lo an behold, no call. Worst service I've ever received, where reservations by phone mean Nothing. I had to make last minute accommodations elsewhere. For a wedding.

This is the reference in car rental. Simply the best in everything !

Staff here were really friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend them, especially to English speakers who may be nervous about renting a car in Quebec away from the airport. The staff went out of their way to be friendly and kind.

Getting a Mercedes S550 has never been easier. What a stunning car. I was pleased with the rate considering the cars value is well over $100,000. The service was impeccable and I can clearly tell this company is managed properly. I dealt with a gentlemen named Tony and he was informative and friendly. It’s not often I write reviews but I felt inclined to share my experience. Great service is difficult to come by today. Tony you nailed it! 10/10 I’ll be back without a doubt.

We hired Nitelife Limo for our wedding and we were very pleased with our choice! Frank and Benny were both very easy to work with, incredibly organized and professional, and they have a beautiful fleet of cars. They also took the time to finalize the plans the week before the wedding to ensure that everything went smoothly. The day of, all 3 of our drivers (Benny, Mike, and Greg) were a pleasure to work with; they were cheerful, ensured that everyone in our wedding party was well taken care of, and, most importantly of all, they were very punctual. My wife and I both definitely recommend Nitelife Limo!
