Recogida en el centro en el hotel H10. Se entra por el lobby mismo. El que nos atendió SUPER amable. Llegamos con antelación y sin azorarse nos lavo y aspiro el coche allí mismo. Un 10 como servicio. Merece la pena moverse en uber por Montreal y coger el coche el último día antes de irse de ruta

Very fast service, new cars (as of 2017 Nov), reasonable price, and very good location if you're getting a car in the city! They don't accept the debit payment, and take only credit cards, not a big point though..

Good rental prices. Annual fee is around $150. One can book extra km packages that further reduce the costs. No fees for gas and receipts for baught fuel get deducted from the invoice. Cars (mosyly yaris but some bigger classes as well) are a bit old though but get maintenance on a regular basis. Unfortunately all except one parking spot are in the Plateau area (1 in Verdun). They have kids and baby seats for extra, too. Staff is very friendly and obliging. With online service.

DO NOT GO THERE AVAOID AT ALL COST very very bad cars we had to come back two times because the first car was manual after we had told him we drive automatique then the second car had NO brakes and taillights were not working either. we then left with a car that had no horn which we only found out once we had to use it half way to our destination when i brought up the information to him he didnt really care and was arrogant

Most of the cars are filthy , maintenance due and very low quality cars with almost no option in it. Lack of management is 100%. Customer service is 0 , rude agents at the counter. Had a similar problem last year and i reported it to the head office. Manager called me and didn’t even offer any compensation for it. I still gave another try and there was no improvement at all. STAY AWAY from this location. Better service at Avis or Enterprise few blocks away. They say that they have high standard. They don’t have any standard period. STAY AWAY PEOPLE.

Service efficace et personnel sympa

The manager was inefficient and took around 30 minutes to serve the two customers ahead of me in line. Gave me the keys to the wrong car, which resulted in an additional delay. (He said he “updated” my contract after I’d signed it, which I don’t think is very legal.) I got a last minute “upgrade” which meant I was driving a giant car that was hard to maneuver and increased my gas prices significantly. Overall bad experience.

Equipe trés bien surclassement en gamme véhicule 8000 km trés bien juste un détail pas de gps , on pourrais attendre dans cette gamme et véhicule trés récent de ne pas avoir à prendre cela en suplément , enfin equipe bien bon service quoi de plus parfait
