Car Rental

Best customer service ever! So helpful with everything and very reasonable prices!

Amazing customer service! Victoria made the process so easy and incredibly fast to get me a car in a pinch! I would highly recommend using this location!

No experience to rate...no one answered the phone.

Great experience with Practicar. Will use again!

The best customer service anywhere!!

I've rented from Enterprise in other cities when I've traveled and I rented a moving vehicle one time when I was moving. The moving van was great, very large and new. I enjoyed renting it. These days I don't travel or move as much and I get limited exposure to Enterprise, with the exception of the Amazon delivery man who uses an Enterprise moving vehicle. I think it is great that Amazon is relying upon Enterprise for their infrastructure needs to ensure their customers receive reliable and consistent service. I think Enterprise does a lot more than providing rental vehicles, they are a part of the national fabric of our society and an extension of our door to door mailing and delivery service.

I rent many cars from this location, Jordan is always fantastic, cars are perfect every time, experience is quick, no hassle and so professional.

COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! First and Foremost, the guy at the front desk has ZERO concept of customer satisfaction and comes Off as arrogant and shady. These people are CROOKS and will rent you a car that drive as if it hasn’t been serviced in months and charge you extra for whatever is wrong with the car as if it is of your doing .You will be yelled at if you disagree and are unwilling to pay. He lies to Honda (Whos paying for vehicle) saying there is a bolt in tire which will cost me upwards of 110$ To fix And changes his story once I called Honda and Honda asked for a quote , he then says 35$ . Thrifty Car Rental are: LIARS! CROOKS! DECEPTIVE! and UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!!!!!! STAAAYYY AWAAYYYY!!!!!!!!

Great prompt and courteous service!

Great variety of cars...

Always friendly service

I am a newcomer in Canada. I wanted to rent a car and they asked for a credit card. I have applied for it, but haven't received it yet. I asked why the can't just hold whatever amount they need from my debit car and they told me I need a credit card in order to be considered a trust worthy person. Really??? Very dissapointed!

Great local rental place. Cars are new, clean and Mr. Lee has good customer service.

Vivian is very kind gave me excellent customer service always has a smile on her face ,will rent again I recommend routes

Try your best to avoid this place. They ripped me off by over charging my credit card for the millage. And when I called them, the guy started putting accent in his English and speaking unclearly just to avoid giving explanations kind of thing.

Excellent service and very affordable rates! I have rented from here a number of times and will continue doing so!

Good service and price

Rude and not helpful.

I’ve been renting here for 4 years and have always had a great experience. They take great care of their clients, truly above and beyond and are there to help in every way. l couldn’t recommend them more.
