Car Rental

I have been renting from these guys for over 7 years. Ahmed and Muhammad are one of the nicest people and treat you like family. I have never had a bad experience with them. I only rent from these guys even with an avis 5 minutes away from my house, it's worth the extra 15 minutes drive to rent from these guys. You will not be disappointed. Top notch customer service and clean cars.

By and far the worst location. Do not have the car you booked.. and does nothing to help you out. Haven’t seen a worse thrifty. The worst !

Wide variety of cars and trucks to rent. Moving supplies available for rent and sale

Do not go here. Save your mental health and your pockets. This place is the shadiest business I have ever dealt with. There isn’t enough words to describe how low the scum is that works here. I hope they all burn in h*ll .. even the dumb little receptionist too

Good service

Amazing customer service, amazing rates - just wonderful to deal with!

I had an excellent experience getting my truck from Lafreniers. Kyle did an amazing job running things very smooth and professional, very re assuring on every decision. I would highly recommend this dealership.

Excellent service. Clean trucks. Highly recommend!

I have had the pleasure of renting 5 different vehicles at the Collingwood Discount Car and Truck location over the last 6 months and it could not have gone smoother. Vehicles were new, clean and in very good repair. My interaction on pick up was with Sandi who was efficient, knowledgeable and a joy to deal. I found the rates to be very fair. I would highly recommend Discount Collingwood to anyone needing to rent a car or truck.

Don't remember much. It was months ago.

Good service. I picked up the car in 10 minutes and they even upgraded to an SUV, without any extra cost, because they ran out of standard cars.

vivian gave us very good customer service brand new durango good rate will surely rent again and recommend to my famiy

Best place I have ever rented a car. Great customer service wonderful vehicles and always accomdating as much as they can be. Beats anywhere else in Owen Sound.

They found me a car when no other car rental outlet had one available. It was clean and new, very affordable and the customer service was top notch. I had to change my return date more than once; they were unfailingly pleasant and accommodating. I definitely recommend this National location.

Great experience renting with Thrifty in Owen Sound. The only minor issue is that it was not easy to find since there is no large / clear signage for Thrifty, but it’s inside the Mitsubishi Car Dealership.

Very unprofessional. They canceled 24h before we needed the car because they didn’t have any cars left even though we booked 10 days prior. Never going back. I don’t recommend it at all!
