Car Rental

The staff is friendly and helpful. The car is super clean and I was so glad that I got a car with navigation.

Great customer service

I have been renting car from Discount for the past 4+ years. I have rated from other companies to but here is the top reason I want to rent from Discount and from certain branches and to work with certain employees: I feel I am treated as a human, not a figure or a dollar bill! The human spin the branch manager and the area manager bring to their work day in and day out, have made me an avid renter. Kayla and Mike are both amazing people and the staff they train are also always hand picked, personable and friendly people.

This location Falsely advertises that they are at the London Airport and definitely are not!

Great service. The car was a little dirty but aside from that everything else was great.

Best car rental company I have dealt with.

I am very sorry to give one star to Hertz, York street branch. The place is nice, their cars are nice but manager's(Warren) behavior is completely cheap. If one have enough time, rent a car from enterprise or other car rental house, or change trip schedule but never come to this person.

Charge us for full-tank of gas, even though we returned the car with full-tank!!! We will never rent AVIS.

worst place to rent a car, there is no issues with car, but the customer handling is the worst. This place is also managed by Warren who is the shittiest and hardest ever person to deal with. will overcharge you at every possible way

If I could rate them lower I would. When renting from them in October they first gave us a vehicle with expired plates and as it was below the full tank line when we returned to the London Airport location to report this, they told us we either needed to drive it to get gas or pay their fee to fill the gas tank. This was after waiting for someone to come to the desk (the sign said they would be there at 5 but by 5:15pm we were still waiting.) No apology or anything. I don't know what the other locations are like but I would definitely not recommend renting from this location.

They have an excellent service thank you Discount

Great customer service. Provided very clean new car. When I had an issue, J.R helped me with it. Will use enterprise above all others when looking for my next rental.

The Ace brand is operated by Discount Car Rental. A well staffed and friendly location. Good service. This is one of the few offsite Airport companies which offers pick-up from and drop-off at the Airport (or customer may arrange to take a taxi and be reimbursed off the rental fee).

Very helpful and courteous staff
