Car Rental

Whenever I have rented an Enterprise Rent-A-Car, I have always been extremely pleased. They have a range of sizes and prices and you can pick one that fits your needs and your budget. They are always in excellent condition, and it is so nice to be able to ride in such a well kept up car.

Recently my husband were involved in an accident that resulted in it taking about a month to get the car insurance and repairs taken care of....and we used the Enterprise located at Service King in Norman, OK. They took care of us with far less hassle than we have experienced from other rental agencies...thus giving me peace of mind whenever I may need to rent a vehicle again. I am so thankful for their courtesy and professionalism. Thanks Enterprise and may God bless your good works :)

The rental cars are slightly used but they are very clean and affordable.

I got an accident! And need a rental as my car wasn’t drivable! Enterprise told me they dont have any car for 4-5 days. Fouund U-drive car rental and called them 3 o’clock and got the car by 4:15pm! Highly recommend U-Drive.

The Rental Agents are very polite and do everything for the customers benefit :)

Best customer service ever!

The worst experience! Customer service is horrible. No one wanted to even help solve the problem quoted me one price $ from 1-800 budget customer service, drove there went to rent vehicle it was totally not even close to what I was quoted!! 1800 customer service is absolutely horrendous! They don’t even speak enough English to understand what their saying all wrong information!! Wasted 2 hours on the phone to be told I don’t see anything entered in the computer!! Yes probably because you don’t know how to do your job!! Stay away from budget!!

Update. After this review he sent me a check for 337 bucks. I paid 3300 in total 140 for a single set of wheel spacers and aggreed $1600 for a rooftop tent 350 for a cn system and I have copies of all my receipts....he later billed me 2300 for the tent. DO NOT SHOP HERE! Ordered an aftermarket bumper quoted 3g charged 3150, given wrong product refused to get the proper bumper and refusedo a refund. Purchased other products but still owed $1500 and now Drew young the owner dodges my calls and has instructed his staff to ignore me. Do not use drew Youngs services!

Don't be fooled by the name! Great service and a nice reliable car. We will definitely use this company again.

Terrible service, locked us out and ignored the phone while customers were in the building looking at us through the window, and made accusations and assumed we would rob the car we would be renting before we even got through the door, told us he “has a tracker and WILL find us”.

Tariq and other gentleman were extremely helpful and professional. Please experience. Highly recommend this place.
