I had great customer service here recently. I was running late and showed up just before they closed. When I arrived I realized I had left my wallet in my office. Dipti waited for me to go back to my office and come back...staying open a half hour past their scheduled closing time. I was so appreciative and grateful for her being so accommodating and gracious!

Convenient downtown Edmonton location. The service was okay given how oddly busy it was for a Sunday afternoon.

If I could give them zero stars I would. These guys are liars and crooks and will screw you over a windshield any chance they can. I work at a business that discount frequents for mutual customers, So I trusted them when it was -30 outside and instead of doing a walk around I signed off. When I finally went out aftwr work and got in my rental I saw another chip IN the windshield besides the one that was noted on the sheet . Before I even started the car I tried to call their office but it was closed , so I took a picture and called the next morning. They said they would note the file. Today they called said there is a new chip and charged me for new glass. Don't make the same mistake I did. Don't rent from these guys first of all and always do your own walk around. I get asked daily by customers where to rent a vehicle from , from now on discount will not be on my list of recommendations, I hope they lose alot of business because of that! RIP OFF ARTISTS.

Great customer service. My husband was looking for a Cargo Van, they didn't have one available for the date we needed but Balpreet found a Cargo Van in other place and gave us the address and phone number to contact them on Monday when they will open. If you go there ask for Balpreet. Good job Discount Team: 5 star customer service.

I would give no stars if I could. Worst Rental Car experience of all time. The whole process was a pain due to incompetent staff. When I first arrived I had to wait an hour for the shuttle to pick us up. Then I was charged an additional $20 a day for insurance that was never discussed prior to the rental. At the end I couldn't get a shuttle back to the airport so I had to spend additional money on an Uber. Not only did they not provide the shuttle, it took them 15 minutes to come outside and tell me that the shuttle wasn't running. Absolute Joke!!!

The Volvo xc90 we bought from Boris almost 5 years ago is still running strong with 280k on the clock, it took us everywhere from Jasper to Canmore, never had an issue. my wife needed a new daily driver, obvious we came back & bought another car, this time a Lexus gx470 from Boris, took the car to Lexus dealer for a oil change, the service tech said the car is 100%, couldn't be happier.

I have always had superior customer service at this location. It is obvious that management cares about your experience, and the staff is wonderful. Renting a vehicle is usually such a hassle, but doing it here honestly brightens my day. This isn't the closest location for me, but it is worth going out of my way. Thanks for the awesome service!

Every time I rent from Discount at the Northgate GM location the ladies there are tremendous. They always have my reservation. They always have a vehicle for me. Their vehicles are clean and fuelled up. I have never had excellent service like this at any other rental agency anywhere. I highly recommend this location.
