I deal with this branch quite often and I continuously receive amazing service. The manager has been extremely accommodating and goes above and beyond my expectations each time I visit. I would definitely recommend dealing with them.

An easy and comfortable way to camp. After a few times it only takes 5 minutes to set op the tent and vice versa. The same goes for the awning and especially the mosquito mesh, which made it possible for us to sit outside in the evening in spite of the mosquitoes. Furthermore we really appreciated the applied bedding which kept us warm during the cold nights in Jasper and Banff. I will recommend this way of travelling any time.

The rental car pick up location, although not specifically marked "ACE Rental," was a short distance from our hotel. We reserved a mini-van that would hold our luggage and bikes, and we received a new Grand Caravan that was in excellent condition. More importantly, we were stuck in traffic on our return and nearly missed our flight. Raj, the kind gentleman who runs this store, went out of his way to meet us at the airport and drive the van back to the shop himself in order to save us time. He was incredibly accommodating and considerate of our dilemma, and literally saved us from re-booking flights and re-arranging work schedules. We are incredibly grateful and would rent from this location again!

I've read most of the other reviews on here before leaving mine and can tell you that the service varies by location. I've ran into the same problems when visiting the Vancouver Airport (YVR) location, as some of the other unhappy customers. This is why I always choose to rent from the South Vancouver Location (8326 St George St, Vancouver) It is almost the same distance from YVR as the Richmond location is. I have received nothing but the best service from Raj at the South Vancouver location. He has always been able to provide a clean reliable car and at the best price. He even goes out of his way to correct any mistakes made on a reservation before renting you the car. If you need to drop the car off at a different location once you're done, he will provide you with instructions on how to do so. By far, one of the best car rental locations in all of Vancouver.
