Very nice, friendly and helpful people. Much better than dealing with the big rental chains. Cars are always clean and exactly as advertised at competitive rates. If you're arriving by seaplane or Helijet and need a car on the North Shore it's easy to pop over on the Seabus and pick up your car at Lo-Cost rather than dealing with the awful downtown rental outfits, bridge traffic and lack of taxis.

Showed up to pick up a car for 9am at my reservation time. She processed me all the way through before letting me know that they were overbooked and a car wouldn’t be showing up for an hour. Unacceptable. I understand it’s not her fault but they should be training their staff to be transparent.

Convenient location but well used cars and indifferent service

Couldn’t believe the price of a 4 day rental in Vancouver was only $90 all in from Costco website. Service and vehicle were both superb for the size we selected.

This is from a frequent car-renter. Man what a great experience I have had with National car Rentals at Pan Pancific. Ok, it might be difficult to find for someone without feeling of directions. But common we are at Vancouver, everything is difficult to find. Back to the story; We rented a Dodge Charger for our visite to Canada, what a great car. But the service from the staff was even better, especially from the two guys at the service desk in the parking lot(they rock). At first the Dodge was not available due to a planned oil-change. But after noticing that I'm a carguy ( because a carguy rather drives a Dodge than a Hyundai) he made sure the car got his oil change within a hour. They made our holiday so much better! If the staff from national car rentals/enterprise is reading this; we really appreciate your great service, thank you. Keep it going, you really have the power to make people happy. If the boss is reading this; give those guys a raise!!

Great service! Staff are very friendly and manager (Rohan) is really helpful. Cars are well maintained and brand new.

This was the first time renting from this location, and I was thoroughly impressed by the customer service provided by Jim. It has certainly helped changed my impression of enterprise car rental for the better

They told us less than 24 hours before our scheduled pick up that the location was no longer available to pick up at. Then no response on communication for options that next day. Also, the YVR drop off option is NOT actually at YVR and a taxi is needed. Not a great option for those looking for convenience...

Absolutely the best place in Vancouver to rent a car. We rent cars from this office for work purposes and the staff is awesome and always professional, and courteous and willing to help. They have the best selection of cars and have never had a stressful experience. And renting cars in Vancouver can definitely be a headache!

I wish there where negative stars. The concept is great. The customer service is a joke. If you want to enroll in a commuter plan then its better to plan at least 3 months before you actually need a car. Since they are a different department with no helpline number.

This location is full of scammers, they lied to me that if i drop off my car without refueling, i will get charged less. But they charged me 3 times more. Dont go to this location

We planned to go to Whistler, but didn't reserve a car with snow tires. They look the weather forecast and road condition for us. And it was snowing there, so they advice a car with snow tires. I was surprise of the selection of cars with winter tires. Great customer service and professional. Will definitely come back .

We had an absolutely amazing experience with the Porsche and the service from Jonas and the crew. They were very accommodating and the car was so much fun to drive. He even got it washed for me again because it got a little dirty on the freeway. Jonas even went out of his way to get back my things I left in the car!! I would highly recommend to anyone and will definitely tell my friends about it.
