Service was first class, no delays, polite and efficient staff. Car was clean and in great condition. They do rent for people without credit card like us . We intend to use them again.

For me, the Fraser Valley wineries tour equated to a few days of vacation. So many things we did and found out about, and so many places we visited. Not to mention the many tasty wines ... I did not even know that there were so many varieties in this region. And what can be more exotic than a limousine with chauffeur taking you smoothly to all the places? The funny and knowledgeable Darren was our great guide. A+ from me.

I had a good experience with Routes Car Rental. The rate I got was much less than any other establishment. I was given a car better than I had paid without any additional. Both picking up and drop off were straight forward. The only I had was the transfer from the airport to their lot, which is located adjacent to Bridgeport station. They were busy and didn’t answer my call. I sorted by doing my own arrangements: I got on the skytrain getting off at Bridgeport station, which is adjacent to their compound, 5 min walking. I highly recommend Routes Car Rent, I had a good experience with them

Super nice and helpful staff !!!

Feels shoddy, but they got us a great car. The car was quite dirty on the outside and the license plate bent, but the interior was very clean. I will need to wait and see, upon returning the car, if they will charge me any mystery fees.

Enterprise at this location has the best customer service! All of the employees are genuinely nice and lovely! Especially Jim who picked me up and dropped me off at the airport. Jim was truly awesome. I willnever rent a car from another place other than at this location when I visit Vancouver! Recommended 100%

A couple of weeks ago, me and my brother in law called the branch to rent a cube truck. We had to transfer some stuff from Richmond to Surrey. But the person who attend my call said they dont have any cube truck. I was very stressed as I could not find a truck under such short notice. After few hours a received a call from the Manager. Funny part is he could speak my language Marathwaari. Asian guy I guess. He apologized and said that I will have a truck tomorrow. I initially didn’t believe him as one other friend of mine told me they dont have any truck at their location. But he convinced me to come and pick up the truck next day. I was treated very nicely by the staff and the manager walked out of his office to meet me personally and explained all the process. Nice guy. I got the truck and I was relieved. The young man who did my paperwork was also good and polite. Overall the experience was good, it was not bad that I imagined reading from the reviews

Not enough staff. Waited a long time for airport shuttle and for service at the rental store. Car was good but process extremely inconvenient. Just rent a car at the airport.

Branch manager Chad was really kind and professional. I originally booked full size car but the other location gave me SUV. So I wanted to get into full size car, I originally booked. Chad helped me out in efficient and professional manner. Definitely recommend!!!

Accidentally contacted this company when I meant to contact another rental agency. Even after realizing my mistake they still picked me up and took me to where I needed to go. Outstanding customer service. Intend to rent with them in the future because of this!

It's a joke wouldn't go there again

I rented from the company for a few days and the service was great! The person at the desk was polite and did all the paperwork very quickly, that I was out of the office in less then 5 minutes. I would definitely would rent a car with this company again. Their rates, service, to the car was exceptional.

The is a very busy car rental place, but the young lady at the counter provide fabulous customer service. The car cleaners at the back were also very nice. I am very happy with my car rental and I'll rent again.
