Car Rental

Very happy with the free upgrade to a small SUV, especially with wintry driving conditions. Excellent service at the counter. Thanks!

Got upgraded to VW Tiguan for 2 days rental from economy car for free?! Easy drop off from other major airport rental places too

Absolutely horrible service. We went in this morning with a reservation and the 'lady' working was incredibly rude and unwilling to help. Even though we worked with her and supplied her with all the necessary identification she continued to be incredibly rude and the entire time made us feel as though we were a complete burden. We've always gone with Enterprise and after today we will definitely be sticking with them.

Bad experience don't want to attend call and not helpful anymore.

Update. After this review he sent me a check for 337 bucks. I paid 3300 in total 140 for a single set of wheel spacers and aggreed $1600 for a rooftop tent 350 for a cn system and I have copies of all my receipts....he later billed me 2300 for the tent. DO NOT SHOP HERE! Ordered an aftermarket bumper quoted 3g charged 3150, given wrong product refused to get the proper bumper and refusedo a refund. Purchased other products but still owed $1500 and now Drew young the owner dodges my calls and has instructed his staff to ignore me. Do not use drew Youngs services!

Prompt professional service

I have been renting with Avis for 6 years quite regularly but it had always been at another location. While I have always had great people helping me at all locations, I have to say I'm so impressed with Hamza at the 1st Ave location. He definitely went above and beyond. If everyone in a customer service role was like this guy, the world would be a totally different place! I had some damage to my rental a few hours into my trip and gave him a quick call to infom him, not only did he remember exactly who I was despite it being a busy day, but he also did such a great job at reassuring me that everything was fine and I should not worry and enjoy the rest of my trip! This is huge for me, because my natural tendency is to get a bit worked up over the damage but just the conversation with him calmed me down to the point where I just really didn't worry at all, and very much enjoyed my trip. This isn't common, I've been in customer service myself for over a decade, and I am very aware and conscious of the people helping me - there aren't many out there like him. I'd give him 100 stars if I could. Thank you Hamza!

Use them all the time never had issue

Great rental agency with knowledgeable staff. We were in and out with our rental vehicle in a matter of minutes. If you're looking to rent a car, truck, or SUV, look no further. You will have equally enjoyable experience!

Renting a car was necessity for me and they listened, understood my situation as if their own. Best rental station in town. Best wishes

Awesom service and car rental rates

Rented convertible for a day and was very satisfied. Got some extra time because it was raining and was offered to keep the car for longer time to enjoy it more. Thank you, definitely coming back for another ride!

The truck and services were very good. The staff were nice and helpful. Overall, it deserves a five star.

I have been to the 1206 Central Avenue location twice now, and both times I have been given exceptional, friendly, and polite service! I HIGHLY recommend visiting this location for your car rental needs!!!
