Car Rental

I use enterprise because it's reliable and convenient even if not always the cheapest choice. I love picking up cars at the Houston Hobby Airport site. The staff is excellent always friendly and professional. And I use the enterprise app which is ridiculously convenient. However, I have one major complaint. The amount of money that enterprise requires as a deposit is too high. Asking for the amount of the rental plus a percentage is one thing but asking for the amount of the rental plus a $200 - $300 advance plus that percentage of costs is ridiculous. It's the middle of December (and Christmas shopping). My car breaks down unexpectedly, and over $700 is reserved on my credit card for the length of the rental when the original cost is less than $250. So after I thought about it, I realize that I had to pay for tow trucks, pay to get the car fixed, and come up with $700 dollars to hang in limbo for a week. Even after I've rented an enterprise car several times (4-5) in the past 6 month and returned the cars mostly on time and with no issues and enterprise has never had a problem with receiving payment from me. I feel like there is no reward for loyalty so I will explore other options in the future.

Had a great experience with this location. The employees are very professional and friendly especially Pat and Antonio who were super informative as well! I had a wonderful and smooth process of renting my car for the first time and they made it all the more easier. I will be returning and recommending this location. Thank you Pat and Antonio! :)

Never had an issue with them.

Great conversation with Calvin. Thank you so much for being great manager to deal with. thanks

I would not recommend utility auto to any friends or family, they are scammers and sell junk vehicles, they talked my mom out of getting the warranty on a vehicle we purchased I get off work not even 2 hours of buying it took it for a ride the gas gauge was broken, back window didn't roll down, trunk button didn't work, and the check engine light came on, when we called the company the next day the guy said not his problem its our problem and wouldn't give us the name of the mechanic because he was familiar with the vehicle and he said the mechanic has nothing to do with you or that vehicle, they are very ignorant and don't sell good vehicles I recommend NOT going to them. They knew I had a child and still sold me a junk

Nice service but there is a car wash too and entrance is quite misleading...

Just bought this awesome ride from Brooks. Friendly, reliable service and a great price.

Easy quick and reasonable......

These people don't know how to drive or how a 4 way stop works.
