Car Rental

So much better than the way it used to be. Great experience, smooth and quick pickup. Hopefully same experience dropping off!

The woman who checked us out of the lot and into the lot was so positive and friendly. She made our day! Her name is Veronica! The vehicle was clean and staff helpful and friendly!

Best Penske shop i ever been. Very nice people on service. They doing job clean and profesional. I Allways going there, even i living in Calgary. You can leave everything in you truck and you can be sure your stuff still be there when you be back. Very very good place.

Small location with very few choices. Nice staff

It's fine. Train is efficient. I've never not been able to rent a car here, so it's fine.

Excellent. Great service. Great price. Super fast. Offered to upgrade the Camry to a convertible mustang for 10 bucks a day more. Does over charge you for toll tags or passes. Doesn't try to sell you on bunch of useless addons

Address is not correct. Had to walk 20 mins north to get to correct location

Quality equipment.

Good place to rent from

Great Service, Great cars even at the long holiday start time.

I periodically have to rent a car and usually go to Enterprise because of the good service and rate; however, my recent rental experience topped all! I received the most outstanding customer service from Lance Dick who really went the extra mile in finding exactly what I needed at a great rate when I unexpectedly needed a car! I will definitely be using this branch in the future and highly recommend it to others!

This is the phone number to Europa Deli!

Worst customer service ever!!!!!! At pick up nobody was there, not at the Budget or the Avis counter! I had my 10 month old baby with me and had to deal with car seat, base and bags by myself. No help from the guy at all. At return I parked just outside and was hoping they would help me with the baby and park their car themselves. It was freezing cold outside. At the counter I was told that this is not her problem, I have to return the car to the other side of the parking lot and drag my baby, seat and luggage across the hole lot! I flipped after that stupid comment!! This time it was a woman and instead of getting some help I got a rude comment and she said its my problem and that she can't leave the counter. But to control the car - on the other side of the lot - she could leaf!! My daughter was born with a cleft lip and palate and is prune to ear infections so I try to avoid any exposures to wind and weather. We were in GP for doctor appointments. Will never use Avis or Budget ever again and I will post my story as much as possible! I hoped for some help and in the end even paid 50$ more than promised online! I was also told not their problem!

No issues here everything's smooth
