Car Rental

This is a worst place to rent a car i just called to ask if they work with my insurance, and the guy start asking "how much money i get" and if i have credit card,when i told him no he just said no.ah- ah,...very unprofessional and disgusting,...they just want your money...avoid this place.

Very very good service. Helpful, fast and no problems at all. The price is a little but higher but it worth it. Feel very comfortable all the time and defintely I will rent a car here again. Also high variety of different vehicles.

Fantastic service. We arrived on the last flight of the day that was delayed an hour. The rental agent was friendly and helful even though it was 12:30am. :-)

Quick in and out service

Just brutal. Booked a small economy car, arrived and they said they had no cars to rent me (despite a packed parking lot). They instead gave me a Jeep. So rather then burn 5L/100km of gasoline, I burned 14L/100km, cost me nearly 2 times the money in gas and the ferry was more expensive. I brought this concern up with desk staff and they went on about how it is a "free upgrade" it was a huge downgrade. Very disappointed and wish I had walked over to Enterprise to see what they would offer. Likely won't use Budget again. I come here quite often.

Had my old 1980 Class B RV propane checked because my furnace did not work and they helped me weigh out my options of trying to fix it or just put in a new one. No pressure tactics were used and staff was super nice and professional. Thanks for your help.

Terrible. Rude staff. Lied about the gas. Refused to do a walk around. Screwed up my reservation. I'll never rent from Hertz again.

Rik and the team at Sunwest were great. We got a good deal on our travel trailer, and are very happy with it. He was very patient and made sure I had a very good understanding of the systems before I pulled out of the lot. He was very helpful setting up my hitch, too. Great people, and highly recommended!
