Car Rental

Discount Car Rental in Quesnel has wonderful customer service. I left an important document in the vehicle yesterday. Not only was Ashley very responsive and professional, she also helped me retrieve and recover the documents. Thank you Ashley for your service and quality vehicle that you provided.

I bought a new vehicle from these guys. They went above and beyond to make me happy, and give me a good deal. Will be back again.

EXCELLENT service ! My husband and I both bought new vehicles . Keith was extremely helpful on getting us exactly what we wanted and more !

Friendly knowledgeable staff eager to aid us

My car was smashed in the rear. I reached out to Enterprise for a replacement vehicle. Enterprise went above and beyond to make sure the insurance company paid for the entire replacement vehicle for the entire duration of the rental. Insurance company 0 stars, Enterprise 5 stars.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I had a reservation for a car rental for this weekend and I got a phone call saying they had no cars at all for 10 days. So they have ruined my plans for a getaway. Thanks for calling me the same day I was suppose to have a rental and not when I made the reservation.

NEVER GO HERE YOU WON'T REGRET IT!!!

Awesome staff, very helpful

I wanted to give a huge shout out to Cassy at Trucar. She helped us in our time of need! Truck broke down on Friday of the long weekend. Had to leave it in Vermilion for the week. Cassy got us the only rental vehicle in town that we could tow with. Thank you so much for your help and empathy. TruCar and Cassy was a pleasure to deal with. Thank you !!!! You saved our vacation The SUV was a little pimped out for a fishing trip but it got the Job done.

Best service in town

We made an appointment on Thursday for Monday morning, it was suggested we get there around 8. We get to the location shortly there after, we are not in the system the appointment was not made and we had to drive 30 mins, my husband took time off work and they did not even have the right part to get us in until the following day. We asked why the parts were not ordered as the lady we made the appointment knew the reason of the service call. we just moved from Calgary and indented to use this dealership for both of our vehicles. Well that simply is not happening now. This is extremely poor customer service, lack of communication, simply not capable of doing their job of inputting appointments.
