After having a nightmare experience with PREFERRED CAR RENTALS (which are in the business of scamming people) I was weary to rent a car. However I had a magnificent experience from when I picked my rental to when I returned it to the depot. Very professional, no hidden fees. Will definitely use them again

Customer service is Terible well beyond terible. Staff knowledge is poor and with regret will never return to this location. Promises to under achieve and lots of lies. 1 star is lucky for them too bad there is not negative stars for this location.

My family and I recently relocated to Canada and because we were new here, we didn't have Canadian drivers license. Save and Rent a Car were fine to collect my international drivers license as a proof of my driving ability and gave us a very good rate. They were also flexible with the rate when we wanted to rent the car for another month. When we finally got our car and stopped the rental, they were nice enough to give us a parting gift which we still use till now. These guys are awesome!

I was scared and helpless when me and my wife involved in our first accident. We never knew what were the procedures to follow. All I did was questioned by officers and signing papers. Estrada car rentals was referred by the tow truck person Scott who was very helpful too. Representative RJ came with a SUV instead of small car. He said that I will be having back pain after the accident and an SUV will be more comfortable to drive than a small car. My insurance company gave settlement offer and told me to drop the car off on the same day. I called Estrada Car rentals and explained my situation. They spoke to the insurance company and had my rental extended for 2 more days. It shows their dedication towards their work and customer satisfaction.
