Car Rental

I've been renting from avis for the past 7 months for work. I absolutely love this company, staff are always friendly and helpful.

Almost no road kill

Phone number out of service

Always helpful and accommodating.

Very helpful family attmespher. Over and obove willing to help. Was not able to return the truck same day. Did it the next morning 1st thing with no issues or extra charges. Just great smiles and freindly service.

Brought my vehicle in because the check engine light was on. They had me in and out extremely fast. Nice people and a very clean shop.

Horrible experience with Uhaul. I successfully booked a truck for 2 days at the end of May for my move at the end of the June. The day before the move I got a call from Uhaul saying they can’t let me have the truck for more than 24 hours citing policy reasons. I argued back, saying they can’t let me book it for 2 days then cancel on me last minute. I got ZERO sympathy from anyone at Uhaul and no one made any attempt to remedy the situation. When I said I would keep the truck for 2 days anyway since I have a confirmation email stating my order specifics, I was told they would call the police and report it as a theft. It was detrimental to my move as I absolutely had to have the truck for 2 days. I hung up, called Driving Force and got a 26 foot truck booked immediately with no issues whatsoever. I will NEVER in my life use Uhaul for any services, and I’m making a point of telling everyone about my customer service nigtmare. I would give zero stars if I could.

Excellent Service, I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Our whole experience with discount in Grande Prairie was phenomenal. Dianna was super friendly and more than accommodating. She even came in on a Saunday to make sure we had what we needed. We will only use discount for our rental needs.

I have recently done business with the Grande Prairie location and have had an absolutely great experience. The entire team has done a great job at keeping me entertained while I was waiting for my rental. The vehicle was clean, fueled up and I was confortably on my way in no time. Thanks again Bobbi for the great service!

Always great service here.

Grande Prairie's best. You'll always find a warm welcome and top notch service here. They will work with you to make sure you have a vehicle at a good price. The manager, Ray, is an awesome guy who understands how to talk to people.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Booked online and it said unlimited miles bit was told it was per km the day I went to pick up the car. Would have cost me 895 to get home so it would be cheaper to fly.
