I am a newcomer in Canada. I wanted to rent a car and they asked for a credit card. I have applied for it, but haven't received it yet. I asked why the can't just hold whatever amount they need from my debit car and they told me I need a credit card in order to be considered a trust worthy person. Really??? Very dissapointed!

Worst experience I have ever encountered I was an hour and 15 min late due to construction and making sure I filled up. My mistake but when I pleaded to only charge me an extra hour you will experience the rudest service. So if you want to be yelled at and someone with no compassion and leave crying then go rent there! Never again ever I will stick with Enterprise.

Took forever to get my rental even though i had booked online. 1 person working blaming the computer system, having to switch computers. I had better experiences at other dealers.

The best service hands down. From getting the car to dropping off, it was fast and easy. The staff is great and very helpful. Best car selection there is. Highly recommended and for sure will be going back when needed for another rental.

I had a reservation to rent an SUV; made by my insurance company and the guys there made the experience so quick and perfect. Had Dodge Durango 2018 for a week and it’s given to us clean and half gas. The whole experience was nice.
