Car Rental

Very friendly and helpful staff.

The Volvo xc90 we bought from Boris almost 5 years ago is still running strong with 280k on the clock, it took us everywhere from Jasper to Canmore, never had an issue. my wife needed a new daily driver, obvious we came back & bought another car, this time a Lexus gx470 from Boris, took the car to Lexus dealer for a oil change, the service tech said the car is 100%, couldn't be happier.

Great Service There was a lot wrong with my bmw and they got her tuned up and fixed at a reasonable price in one day I would highly recommend them above all auto services for your bmw in Edmonton

Tho we have had rough experiences with this company in the past. They were resolved threw their kind and generous CEO who we appreciate very much. If you have an issue I suggest you address it. I'm impressed with how the problem was resolved and we will continue to use flaman for our daily rentals in our business! Thanks

Left messages throughout the day for an exotic car rental in Seattle while I’m here visiting with my son for concerts. I never received a call back. I can’t imagine this is a good way to run a business, but I guess the exotic branch is bolstered by the rest of the company’s rentals, so they can afford to lose my business...

This is a worst place to rent a car i just called to ask if they work with my insurance, and the guy start asking "how much money i get" and if i have credit card, when i told him no he just said no.ah- ah,...very unprofessional and disgusting,...they just want your money...avoid this place.

Jay was very friendly and courteous, I was able to choose a different car that was available despite the fact that I had reserved another. I would definitely rent again from them again on my next trip to California.

Staff were very nice and the prices were the cheapest I could find at Fort McMurray

Great selection of trucks.

Excellent service provided by the staff. I wasn't able to drop off the car before their usual pick up/drop off driver's last round for the day but the assistant manager was kind enough to drop me off close by my home.

Work truck had a broken buggy whip on a Sunday morning, called Hertz and they had it fixed in a half hour. Great service, friendly staff

Awesome service with a smile
