Andrea at the Taylor, MI location was amazing! I was having a horrible time trying to get a vehicle ASAP after I was in an accident (so stressful) and she went above and beyond!
I called two other Enterprise locations and they all basically said there was nothing they could do. I called the Taylor location and Andrea not only was pleasant to speak with she OFFERED to call other locations to get me a car ASAP. I couldn't be more grateful for someone to help during a stressful time like that! She deserves a raise!

I USE TO LOVE RENTING FROM HERE UNTIL 6.6.23. WHEN I TRIED TO ADD AN ADDITIONAL DRIVER ON TO MY AGREEMENT AND HAD THE HARDEST TIME WHEN BEFORE I DIDN;T HAVE A HARD TIME WHEN YOU CAN ADD A SPOUSE OR DOMESTIC PARTNER QUINTON NOR TYLER EVEN ASKED WHO I WAS TRYING TO ADD THEY JUST TOLD ME NO BECAUSE MY RENTAL WASN'T DONE WITH A CREDIT CARD THEN TYLER HAD CALLED BACK TO LINCOLN PARK CUZ XAVIER HAD ADDED NOTES TO MY ACCOUNT AND LIED AND TOLD THEM I SAID LINCOLN PARK SAID I CAN ADD SOMEBODY TO MY AGREEMENT AND THAT'S NOT WHAT I SAID SO I SNATCHED MY ID OUTTA QUINTON'S HAND LEFT CALLED CORPORATE ON THEM AT WOODHAVEN'S LOCATION BUT I DID GET THE PERSON ADDED ONTO MY AGREEMENT WITHOUT THE HELP FROM WOODHAVEN'S OR LINCONLN PARK'S HELP
