It was my first time having my windows cleaned professionally. WeClean was quick to respond to my request for a quote AND they managed to squeeze my clean in within short notice. The service was very professional, both in person and over the phone. After the clean, it appeared as though one window may have been missed. They offered to come back free of charge the next day to ensure I was pleased. Phenomenal service!

Everything was left sparkling clean. The worker (Daisy?) was great. The owner came in the morning to introduce her and checked the work in the afternoon. No complaints.

Our Condo hadn't had the tennis court cleaned in more than 5 years. It was showing water stains of mold and dirt and the white boundary lines were grey-brown. Three quotations were requested from various pressure washing companies and based on reputation and cost our Board of Directors chose Pressure-Kleen Services to do the work. We were concerned that the surface might be damaged in the process but were put at ease by the company co-owner, Chuck Doherty. He told us that although the membrane is delicate, their techniques would not harm the surface. The men showed up in uniform, on time, with the necessary equipment and worked diligently to unveil the bright blue top that we once knew as our tennis court. We have also had our garbage compactor and underground parking cleaned by Pressure-Kleen. We have never had a problem with their service and the technicians were well-mannered.

At VIP Cleaners you can expect the same routine. You go in one day with a shirt, they clean it, you pay...the USUAL routine. Next time you drop in a couple shirts and maybe your wife’s old blouse that you’re gonna surprise her with a good cleaning. They clean, it’s good...same as always. After this routine is installed into your monthly dry cleaning and you start thinking to yourself “hey VIP Cleaners is pretty reliable and trustworthy. I’m gonna bring in a BIG ticket item” (that you’ve been meaning to get cleaned for a while) “such as a Canada Goose coat, BCBG Max Azria shirt, or my Hugo Boss suit” (which you wear exclusively to weddings and galas). Then BAM! that’s when VIP Cleaners work their magic, ruining the only article of clothing you’ve ever cared about. And when you go to complain they pretend like they’ve never SEEN your face before, more confused and disoriented than a crocodile at an alligator convention. Heart wrenching stuff. Your left feeling cheated, like you’ve wasted months of cleans potentially building up a trusted relationship with a different cleaners. Now the search for the True Cleaner continues...

Good place to get dry cleaning done. Simple counter on the front with tons of clothes hanging in the back... busier place than expected. Interac Debit accepted. No wheelchair door entrance.

They started on time but they finished a little bit later than they estimated initially, but I know that they were trying to do the proper repair instead of rushing. Scheduling was fast. Very professional and reasonable price. Extremely happy with their service. Highly recommend them for the next person for emergency downspout repair service in Toronto!
