The staff at Skin Perfection of Southfield were very warm and friendly. I was referred to Dr. Tina Pickett by my primary physician, she immediately put me at ease when she entered the exam room through her professionalism and her down-to-earth demeanor.

I have had Dr. Rafai do a couple of procedures. Every time he has taken so much time with me. He is a true artist!! I have recommended him to many people and everyone has RAVED about the results!!

Dr. Awada and her staff treated me like royalty. They were kind and sensitive to my needs. I had a full TT, and lipo for my back. She even rounded my tush. Dr. Awada gave me my pre baby body back. I have been a patient of Dr. Kayser’s for 10 years. I originally had implants ten years ago and last week I had them taken out. He did an amazing job! Dr. Kayser is very professional and has a great energy about him. He makes you feel so comfortable. His staff is very warm and professional! The worst doctor ever. Don’t be fooled by the reviews, it’s all been written by his staff and relatives. Charged me 13000 dollars for breast lift , implants and arm lift. Woke up to know he didn’t do the lift, he inserted the tear shaped implants instead of round. The arms and breasts are sagging. I have tried talking to him to either fix or return my money, he refused to and now after almost 2 years of not going anywhere with that doctor, I have to Warn people from going to him. He will say so much before the surgery, he even signed on the contract at the hospital that he will be doing this this and that, but he simply didn’t. BE AWARE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND RUIN YOUR BODY, TRUST ME , YOU WILL WASTE YOUR MONEY AND HAVE HORRIBLE RESULTS, YOU WILL EMOTIONALLY SUFFER AND HE SIMPLY DOES NOT CARE AFTER TAKING YOUR MONEY.
