After having 3 kids I tried everything out there, diets, gym, bar classes, kick boxing, not eating carbs, taking diet pills. I never had surgery, not a C section. The idea of having lipo was frightening to me. Until one day I just got tired of having people ask me hown many months pregnant I was... ahhhhh!!! That just did it! I went to Dr. Spero Theodorou and he was very professional, he explained with detail what needed to be done, not only that he made me feel he cared and did even extra to make sure my body was sculpt the right way. I didn't even had to take the pain killers the next day, I actually walked out of the surgery with my girlfriends and went for lunch around the corner. The before and after pictures are impressive. All I can say is why didn't I do it before!!!!! I would absolutely recommend Spero to any of my friends. Thumbs up!!! Thank you! And to Pam, Sandy, and the nurse who was a sweetheart, Thank you for changing the way I feel about my body!!! Sorry, got to go throw away those big mumu's and get some sexy new outfits!!!

Thigh and Arm Reduction I am writing today to share my experiences about the extraordinary care I received from Dr. Mauro Romita and his staff. He is master surgeon and I am completely satisfied with my results! Without hesitation I would recommend Dr. Romita to any of my friends or family members. From the moment I entered his office, my experience with Dr. Romita was excellent. He listened to my concerns and validated them. My surgery was in August, 2016. I was physically and emotionally uncomfortable with the skin hanging from my arms and thighs after a dramatic weight loss of 40 pounds. (This weight loss was achieved through diet and exercise not bariatric surgery.) Having done research prior to my first visit with Dr. Romita, I was not convinced that an arm and thigh “lift” would fix my problem. Dr. Romita explained this option thoroughly as well as informing me of another option: arm and thigh “reduction” surgery, where skin is removed from the surgical sites. I chose the arm and thigh reduction and my results are fantastic! When I saw my before and after photos I couldn’t believe I looked that good! My arms and thighs are tighter than they have ever been and they are shaped so beautifully that they look like the arms and thighs of a much younger woman. I am 56 years old and my arms and thighs should be in the Metropolitan Museum of Art! The thigh reduction surgery was a bit more involved than a typical thigh lift, but it was totally worth having. Wound care is needed for a few weeks after the surgery, but I would do it all over again because the results are so dramatic. For most of my life I have hated my thighs (having had liposuction that yielded little results), now I flaunt them in tight jeans, tights and skirts that are shorter than I’ve ever worn. Also, I am now rockin’ sleeveless tops and spaghetti straps because the skin on my upper arms is so tight and lovely rather than hanging and sagging. I enjoy looking at myself in the mirror again, and for that I am forever grateful. Dr. Romita changed my life! After the surgery, I stayed at a lovely nearby rehab center for two days. Dr. Romita visited me every day. He made sure all was done to ensure my comfort and full recovery. His technique and bedside manner were first class. From my initial office visit, through the surgery and follow up care, Dr. Romita has been a caring presence. I felt comfortable and respected from start to finish. He took time to address all of my questions, concerns and options. He explained everything thoroughly: the procedures, the healing process and my results are amazing! I felt safe and in good hands with Dr. Romita and his team. Kate, Kim and Norma are so caring and always available to answer any questions. They are a true pleasure to work with. They could not have been more pleasant and accommodating to my needs. Dr. Romita is an extraordinary, skilled surgeon. His resume speaks for itself and I can give testimony to his abilities. He is a skilled surgeon whose reputation is well known. He also has a wonderful sense of humor, is straightforward and compassionate. I cannot give Dr. Romita and his entire staff a higher recommendation. I am healing beautifully and quickly and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for the best! He is an incredible physician, a gifted plastic surgeon and an incredible human being. My only regret is that I didn’t find him sooner! As for me, one more procedure is on the horizon. I am having Dr. Romita perform my breast augmentation in early 2018. Beware Dr. Chiu is nothing but a scam, I was told if i had nerve damage i would not have to pay for the consultation. dr. chiu said i had no nerve damage just so he can bill me $700 dollars . i was told by many other doctors that i had nerve damage my insurance also paid for Botox for the nerve damage. stay away from this doctor. he makes money from your consultation.

I guess I'll start at the beginning. but first dr jacobs is THE BEST surgeon to go to for gynocomastia PERIOD. I went in 4/17 for consult, it was quik and very informative and no pressure. I was scheduled for surgery at the end of April. problem was when it was time I got sick due to allergies and even still I still wanted to do the surgery. dr jacobs advised against it and i reschedule for 5/17. on surgery day I was ready but nervous. dr jacobs and his staff calmed me and before you know it I was lights out. woke up in the recovery room and from then on the recovery process has been textbook. dr jacobs provided me with a step by step sheet and also follow-up appointments everything was smooth and to be honest I never write reviews I be too lazy but this experience was LIFE CHANGING and for those who still suffer within from gynocomastia there is hope and that hope goes by the name dr jacobs

Dr. Jelks is a skilled surgeon who is both domestically and internationally respected for his ability to work with patients with complex medical conditions. A dozen years later, I consider Dr. Glenn Jelks, Dr. Elizabeth Jelks, and his staff an extension of my own family. Without their care, expertise and intervention, I cannot begin to imagine where I would be in terms of my health. Dr. Jelks is the best at what he does, and in a world where we all have a lot of worry and fear, I never feel safer than when I am under his care.

I had a breast augmentation by Dr. Caridi a few months ago and could not be happier! Now that I have had time to recover, I can give a great review of my results. Dr. Caridi and the nursing staff spent a lot time with me in my consultation appointment helping me try on different implant sizes. Probably too much time, I know they are super busy, but they spent as much time with me as I needed. I was worried I would go too small (like all our friends worry us about) or that I would go too big (what a conundrum, right). They had me try on different shirts and look in the mirror at different angles so I could really see what they looked like. I tried on every size. Ironically, the size that they suggested first was the size I ended up choosing. They obviously know what they are doing. They helped me choose a size that perfectly fit my body and complimented my natural curves. Luckily, I already had breast tissue so he told me my breasts will feel natural and I didn't have to worry about them looking "fake". This is so true! I can't even tell I have implants. They feel like my own breasts!! What I also loved was that he spent a lot of time explaining how my implants will look with the curvature of my rib cage and the shape of my existing breast tissue and skin. He took time to explain the importance of wearing the right bra every day so my implants stay high and perky for a long time. Bra bra bra. They also suggested that I use scar cream on my incisions to help scarring. He used the Keller Funnel to insert my implants so the incision was very small, about an inch-ish, and it is already disappearing and hidden in the fold of my breast. The procedure was so quick and my recovery was perfect. I am beyond happy with my new ladies and certainly have sent my friends and family to Dr. Caridi.

Dr. Mosier is the kindest and most knowledgeable doctor you'll find; look no further for a highly professional, honest and on time doctor who respects you and listens to you. Plus, his staff is great !
