Cosmetic/Plastic Surgery

Visited with Dr. Mayberry for my Pre-op appointment. He was very professional, informative, and very importantly had wonderful bedside manner. He was able to answer all of the questions I had. I look forward to seeing him again in two weeks for my procedures.

I had an eyelid surgery. It was awful, after 6 months I see no improvement.

I had a procedure done about two years ago. The Doctor was very professional Answered all my questions and got the results I was looking for . The staff where very polite thanks a million Dr. G

I was looking forward to getting surgery done by Dr. Morehouse for quite some time. His staff took the time to see if my insurance would cover my surgery for me or not, which I thought was amazing. I was told to wait two weeks, I ended up waiting four which is understandable. During this time I was a nervous wreck. I finally received the call while I was at work I answered quickly but my fingers slipped and I ended up accidentally ending the call. We both attempted to call each other back and when we finally were able to talk whoever was on the other line was extremely rude. I attempted to apologize but all I got was a short "Yeah, well anyway your type of insurance doesn't cover this type of surgery." There was no build-up to the question I had been waiting and praying on for four weeks. She didn't let me respond all I was able to say was "oh.." before being cut off she didn't even wait for me to say goodbye before she hung up. It was odd because they had been so friendly before. When she told me my surgery wasn't going to be covered because my insurance doesn't cover that type of surgery she made it seem as if I was stupid and should of known that all along. I ended up taking my business over to Dr. Raphael. I have an upcoming appointment with him in January. She could of been having a bad day but she should of been aware how important certain surgeries are to some people.

He did a wonderful job on my daughters nose also the staff was very helpful and friendly.

Dr. Chen and staff are amazing very kind and compassionate. Highly trust him and his clinical judgment as a surgeon. He did an amazing job minimum scarring and pain. Would highly recommended. Very quick and flexible to get a consult and schedule a procedure.

Dr. Cuadros did a fantastic surgery for my breast reduction. He is very professional as well as his staff. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Dr. Cuadros and his staff are very caring too. I went to him due to a friend of mine that also had the same surgery about a year before I had mine. It has been almost a year now (April 2016) since I had my surgery. I highly recommend him. I checked out other doctors and I kept going back to Dr. Cuadro's credentials, his years of experience, surgeries and patients that have been very satisfied. And one more thing, Dr. Cuadros and the rest of the medical team at Presbyterian from the moment I walked in to the time I left were just great.

They don't come any better than Dr. Chan!
