Really caring people all around, in addition to superb medical care. They really took care of me after I got my appointment time wrong.

Dr. Malan and his staff were nothing short of amazing. I have visited many valley practices in the process of getting some botched work fixed. After not getting the results I wanted the 1st time around, it left me unsure of who to trust next. Dr. Malan took the time to describe all of the different methods that are being used today in great detail. This helped me make a safe and educated decision. The courtesy extended to me by the doctors staff went hand and hand with the quality of his work. My procedure went so smooth I barely even had any bleeding afterwords. My discomfort was so minimal, I didn't even need the pain meds that were prescribed. My swelling wasn't even 20% of what it was the last time I had the procedure done 9 months ago. After the surgery, I could see immediate results that most procedures wont show for a couple of months. I could not be happier with the price, service, talent, and my overall results. When making such a big decision, It is very easy to be mislead with all of the options in today's market. I am so lucky & glad that I found one of the best!

In April 2017 I did a Breast Augmentation with Dr. Aldo. I could not be happier with the results and experience. Dr. Aldo and his staff always made me feel so comfortable, they were never pushy at all and helped me make an informative decision! The pre appointments were very informative and prepared me well for the augmentation. The surgery itself was very short and the clinic staff was so amazing! The pain level was low, mainly tightness in the chest and soreness, nothing too painful, very manageable. Post op appointments were quick and my comfort and health was always first priority. I absolutely love the way my augmentation turned out. My breast look natural and I feel comfortable in my own skin for the first time. Thank you Dr. Aldo and the wonderful staff for a wonderful experience.

First surgery went really well. No pain. Hopefully second surgery goes the same.

July 2016- I underwent my plastic surgery "ADVENTURE" with Dr Ethan Philpott. Day of surgery I was delayed a start time of 3.5 hrs. Appt was 8AM and finally left the facility at 9:45PM. I had liposuction and breast augmentation completed. The following day for post op I was informed of a tragic situation, that had occurred the day of my surgery which was the reason for the delay. If I was informed of this before going under, I would of canceled my surgery. However, I wasn't so I understood the situation and still remained a very obliging patient. Also at the post op appt I was already hurting abnormally on my left side. Dr. Philpott then explains to me that "I'm lucky he knows his anatomy that he almost knicked a artery in my left arm".... Aside from that issue and the numbness that still resides in my left arm. I developed capsular contracture in my left breast. At my 8 wk post op Dr Ethan Philpott suggested that we complete another surgery to help with the high implants. I agree, still being a devoted, following protocol patient. I show up October 2016 for pre op for the revision surgery and was told Dr Ethan Philpott was no longer at this location. I'm hurt mentally and physically, confused and feel very NEGLECTED... I've since had treatment completed with another surgeon, paying 2x now. Luckily I found someone that would even take me. Most surgeons wouldn't touch me, too risky. North Valley Plastic Surgery was the worse place to pick, for what was suppose to be a happy exciting time. The office manager, Liza is awful and was left to manage a company that she apparently has no intellect about in regards to customer service and what patient abandonment is. My advice is to stay away from this place and whatever doctors they've managed to round up as fill in....

I had stage3 breast cancer, so I've seen alot of Drs. I have to say at one point Dr Finkel literally saved my life. She is the only Dr. I trust100% with my life. I didn't get a chance to tell you but thank you from from the bottom of my ❤. Dr Finkel is the best Dr I have ever had. Thank you. God bless and happy holidays

I decided to have a breast reduction, after having DD's for about 10 years, I've had constant back and neck problems, and most recently lower back issues. I lost about 15 pounds and none of it from my chest. So I started doing some research, got referred to Dr. Min and couldn't be happier! I wasn't sure if I wanted to be a full C or a small C, and Dr. Min was very realistic in keeping me proportionate with my broad frame. So we ended up compromising in the middle, normal C it was! Dr. Min is genuinely interested in how you are doing, how you look and how you are feeling. I'm a little OCD and my right side being bigger after a few weeks of recovery was really getting to me, but be reassured he said that it's still swollen. Now about 2 months after surgery they are about equal. Women will always be bigger on one side than the other, and you may not notice it much when you have bigger breasts, so it was a huge shock to me to be able to visibly notice it. I couldn't be any happier, and my neck and back are feeling awesome! Thank you so much Dr. Min and your awesome staff(Susie & Susan), I know I was probably a pain but you guys were patient and understanding, with the insurance and the OCD!

I had a facelift that included an upper and lower blepharoplasty with laser resurfacing around the eyes. On follow up, I would mention having pain in my left ear and within six months, developed a large bulge in my right cheek. Two years later, a burning pain overcame the left side my face and ear which was textbook of neuroma formation due to nicking of the auricular nerve. I had this removed and have yet to receive any relief despite numerous procedures. My pain is managed by The Mayo Pain Clinic. The large bulge is still unsightly and remains there after 2 1/2 years. This is not the office to go to for facial plastic surgery. I take responsibility for going to Dr. Guyette just on a physician's strong suggestion - I should have looked at credentialing of physician, staff, and a laughable "OR" in the avondale office. The technicians are not nurses, an anesthesiologist is not used. These are all consistent. with money saving practices. At the onset of the pain, work-up consisted of an MRI of my head as Dr. Guyette said he had never heard of auricular nerve damage. The MRI tech failed to give me hearing protection or the panic bulb so I am left with hearing loss and horrendous tinnitus. This was a life changing situation. It would behoove you to search elsewhere for facial plastics.... with a board certified aesthetic facial plastic surgeon and an accredited office.

Oh my gosh this is the nicest Doctor. He took me as a referral from another doctor and got me into the hospital the same day. I had a concern while at home after surgery and he called me back personally on a Sunday morning and told me to just come into the office on Monday to check my concern. Super Super nice doctor who fixed a horrible leg injury right up.

Amazing experience in was treated wonderfully and the skin cancer removed from my eyelid was painless and healing well thank you Dr Brantner for treating me so kindly
