Dr. Allen Doezie is one of the most caring doctors I have ever met. He did my reconstruction after breast cancer. I cannot thank him enough. I had some challenges Dr. Doezie stood by my side and was able to do a beautiful reconstruction job. I feel whole and beautiful. I highly recommend Dr. Doezie.

They treat you like a REAL person. Not just a walking paycheck.

Wonderful place wonderful staff and of course dr. Pratt is wonderful and amazing he made me feel comfortable safe warm he's very sweet I couldn't ever be more grateful for all their hard work and Dr Pratt's amazing art surgery thank you so very much to all of you!

Do not go to this place, I repeat do not come to this place. They do not know how to run a business. This has been the worst experience of my life. Honestly, I never write reviews or anything like this but, I felt the need to tell people how awful this place is and hope that somebody actually listens to me and chooses to go somewhere else. So let me tell you why I was going. I have a small rose tattoo on my inner ankle and I wanted it removed. My first appointment was to use the machine an test it to make sure that my skin reacts well to it, which it did. The other guy doctor came in just to double checking with me, to make sure I understood everything, like how it works and all the side effects and such. Then he goes to continue on and say "oh yeah that's definitely a tattoo you'd want to get removed". Like seriously what does that even mean? I couldn't believe he said that, it was just rude and inappropriate. Anyways, the next visit, I come in to do a full treatment and the girl preps me and then begins to remove the tattoo. She doesn't even get a quarter of the way through the tattoo and the Machine breaks. This was a huge disappointment but I understand those things happen. About 3 months pass and I've tired to rescheduling multiple times. After finally calling and calling them back I got an appointment. I go in and then the tell me "oh I'm sorry the machine is still broken, we tried to call you and left a message". I have no messages left on my phone. Turns out they had the wrong phone number. So a little irritated I go home. Another month goes by, seriously that's how hard it is to get them to call you back. They are really bad about this. Anyways, I rescheduled my appointment, I talked to the lady who actually was lasering my tattoo and she said to me that it was fixed. So I go in, again, and guess what they tell me, they tell me that the machine is broken and that there is nothing they can do for me. This was beyond ridiculous. The first time is an honest mistake they have the wrong number. But then for the second time or for the third time I don't quite understand how they could still mix it up, that is not how you run a business. I live really far away and I told them to please call me if anything was wrong their excuse always was oh well I guess we had the wrong number which is stupid because I had talked to the lady prior to each appointment and had even confirmed my phone number for them because of the little hiccup in the beginning. So then, if they didn't get a hold of me that's their mess up. And at that point it is just pure excuses. They have my number. I couldn't even believe this happened 3 times in a row now I drove all the way out to their place just to be sent home. Please save your money and gas and don't go there and waste your time. There are so many better clinics all around the NW. Go to one that's willing to actually respect you as a customer, like I said I typically don't do these kind of reviews or any review for that matter but I had never had such a horrible, terrible experience anywhere else then there at the Artistic Plastic Surgery Center in Tacoma.

I just had a full facelift with Dr Spring and couldn't be happier. Her staff is always kind and cheerful and willing to help with every concern you may have. Her surgery coordinator, Katie Jo, is very sweet and accommodating, and her nurses, Patrice and Tami, are extremely knowledgeable and nice. I don't even remember anything about the surgery but recovery was not painful. I am a working woman and didn't have more than 2 weeks of vacation to devote to recovery. Dr Spring assured me that if I stayed home for 10 days and looked good to her eyes I could go back to work. I covered my marks and went back to work on day 10. Everyone I encountered thought I lost weight or changed my hair. I actually did both, but as Dr Spring's nurse, Patrice, said, they would ask that, not if I did something to my face. That is the hallmark of a great surgeon's work. I look like a younger version of myself. I have only one firm chin, and no lines around my eyes or mouth, and my brow doesn't sag. I used to be cute, now I have been told I'm beautiful. Thank you Dr Spring and staff!

Love Dr. Freeman and the sweet staff at Freeman Plastic Surgery! I always feel so welcomed when I go. I highly recommend any of their services!!

Dr Hackert is truly a gem in the medical industry, I feel so lucky to have found her as my doctor. I had previously had three lumpectomies and on my third surgery, she performed a breast reconstruction surgery on my breast immediately following. She did an absolutely fabulous job. She is an artist, and made me look positively perfect, her work is exceptional! Not to mention her bedside manner is impeccable, she is so knowledgeable and put my mind completely at ease. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a phenomenal doctor skilled in all areas of her field. I can't thank her enough, she is the best.

Worst expierence ever. I have referred several people to Dr.Hause and I personally am a patient of his. I had complications with my left implant and needed to have it exchanged. Today was supposed to be my surgery, I arrived and was already in a gown getting ready to have my IV put in when Tona walks in to say that the implants I was promised hadn't arrived. I kept my kids home from school to arrange babysitting, my husband missed work to take me to and from the appointment and care for me after and we didn't even get a courtesy call BEFORE the appoint to explain the situation. I will be getting a FULL refund and NEVER going back. That is NOT how you run a business. I will never refer anyone else there again. Waste of time and money!!!

I've had hyperhidrosis for as long as can remember myself. It has always been a huge problem for me. Unfortunately, back in Russia I didn't have a solution for it other than a surgery or a laser treatment. In United States I found out about miraDry treatment. At my first free consultation with Dr. Larry Fan he answered all my questions very clear and honest. Moreover he insured me that he'll perform this treatment himself, while some other places let nurses do it. During this consultation I made my decision to have miraDry Sweat Reduction treatment at this place. I had 2 miraDry treatments. The treatments were not really painful. For me recovery was a hardest part of it. After the first treatment I undertook the importance of ice. You should really use it as much as the doctor tells you. That's why after the second treatment I almost had no problem at all, just a normal swallowing which was gone in a weak. I'd like to thank Dr. Larry Fan for what he had done for me and all stuff for being so nice and friendly. I'm really happy that I finally had this problem solved and now I can think and worry about more important stuff. If you consider yourself getting miraDry treatment I'll highly recommend 77 Plastic Surgery.

It's hard to express my gratitude that I have for the individual care given at Alpine Plastic Surgery. Dr. Barnett's talent & his beautiful work is amazing & his office staff are friendly & professional. When his beautiful work needs to be removed within a week, due to the unexpected results of a car accident, his office assistants, scheduling staff, nurses etc, had rearranged their schedule to take care of me. They are, even more thoughtful, caring, kind, and uplifting in the not-so-glamorous procedures. Thank you for your thoughtfulness & "support" 😉 through all of it.

After considerable research and careful consideration I met with Dr. Yates and his staff and decided to schedule my procedure. I have not one negative comment. He and his staff are very professional yet caring and thoughtful. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Yates for any procedure you might want or need. He is a perfectionist and yet he is very honest and realistic about any eventual outcome. Wonderful experience!
