I would highly recommend anyone thinking of having a cosmetic procedure or surgery to check out this office. Dr Yee is a true artist , extremely professional and had amazing before & after photos of the procedures she had previously done . The staff are a wealth of knowledge from the lady at the check in desk to the nurse that took me to the consult room , I even had a consult with their skincare specialist !!!! Overall I had a great experience and I left with my procedure plan and a new skincare regime that was set up specifically for me .....

I just had my first botox experience. Im 35 and with very minimal wrinkles . BUT since the age of 24 have had that dang crease running across my forehead. Had a tiny bit of work on the now emerging crows feet. I LOOK AND FEEL AMAZING, no more camera filters and I feel confident to leave the house with no makeup! ohh I gotta tell you I was getting so much attention from people right away. Its very exciting! I meet Dr. Regina Nouhan at an educational seminar years ago. She taught me about invasive and non invasive procedures. I opted for a neck lift and I was delighted with her competent work. I felt so cared for by the Nurse Educator, Mary, who took me through the steps one at a time. Then I started using Obagi Skin Care products and could not be happier. Additionally, facials and BBL treatments worked for me brilliantly. The staff and technicians are kind and helpful. It shows. I just moved to AZ and the DMV woman could not believe my age. Nor could the Capital Grille restaurant manager. I give all the credit to Monarch! They are awesome!

I went in, their system of putting in information doesn’t work. They want ALL RECORDS when you go. Their PA thinks she’s hot stuff and god almighty a platinum blonde isn’t my idea of impressive. Totally unprofessional, no equipment for X-rays or anything else. They are ill equipped to do anything and it’s the patients fault. Honestly, I would not let this guy touch me in a surgical case. Do not waste your time here. They are arrogant idiots who seem to sit around and gossip.

Very satisfied. The surgery center was way easier than going to mosaic. Dr Depriest does good work. I had carpal and cupital tunnel surgery with much better results than my friends have had with ortho drs.

Run, don't walk to this place! I saw Wendy Satterwhite yesterday and she is beyond amazing! I didn't know what I needed, she took lots of time with me and Dr. Rivela even stopped in to look at my skin. Wendy was brutally honest and that's what I really needed even if it meant she didn't do a treatment. I wish more people were like her, the world would be a better place. I did end up doing a treatment and I am sure the results will be incredible. Don't waste your money and time buying other stuff, save your money and get the best!!!
