I spent several years working with Mark as a colleague. He is extremely kind, reliable, intelligent, and understanding and is fantastic for working conscientiously through many difficult issues including relationship conflicts and trauma. I was looking for a counselor for my wife, and I ( 20 years difference in age ), who have been married 8.5 years, and living together for over 12 years. I was looking for someone who could relate well to both age ranges, and whose for beliefs wer similar to ours. Unfortunately, I have lots of experience with different counselors over the years. Krista is outstanding and she has gone above and beyond for me . She has helped me get my confidence back and has given me hope . I thought I was going crazy until I met Krista . It turns out I was not. She helped me see what exactly what was happening and what was going on for me. She could show me the things I could not see . I always feel that Krista is in my corner and truly understands me. I feel she has my best interests in mind with absolutely no judgement or hidden agenda. I always feel truly heard and understood when I speak with her. She is a fantastic psychologist and I feel so blessed to have found her . I would see her on a weekly basis if I could . She is amazing and I've made HUGE progress with her . I once felt unlovable and now I feel I finally love myself. I also now feel that deserve to be treated well and that I am lovable .

I began counselling here with Ofir 3 months ago. Before attending I was lacking self confidence because i was second guessing my decisions. Ofir has aloud me the space I have needed to vent and provided helpful feedback and suggestions with out judging the choices I make. I also feel very heard. When I share, he will take the time to give me a summary of what i just babbled about ( not sure if it is making sense or coming out right ) and he nails it every time. I had been in previous counselling for 3 years, had numerous boyfriends and they have never made me feel so understood. Think about it... you don't have anyone defending themselves or trying to turn something around on you. Its a place to get clarity and start making some real change.
