I have referred some of my weight loss clients to Megan. The clients have reported back to me that Megan has been a great help to them in dealing with stress, anxiety, which combined with my nutrition coaching, helps them eat healthier. I trust Megan to use research-based counselling techniques to help people cope with trauma and/or the stress that comes with daily life.

I had completed my graduation with flying colors. I was under the impression that I will get a good job in a good company at a respectable salary. But when I step out of the college and started my job hunt, I ouldn't find any. I got demotivated and went into depression. Then my parents took me to TherapyinToronto where Andriw Guthrei took my case. I took his sessions seriously, and soon I started observing improvement in my health. I am really thankful to Andrew.

When I lived in the Beaches in Toronto, Beth helped me through the breakup of my marriage. It was lucky I had picked an on-line counsellor, because when I later moved to Northern Ontario I got depressed and she helped me through that with video therapy. I felt she was always there for me.

I have been seeing Demian for a few years now. Now I go when I feel my anxiety becomes an issue again or my partner and I feel we need some insight and advice from a very trusted third party. Demian has given me the tools to manage my condition and also has consistently helped with me and my partners relationship issues. I am so grateful to have found him. His office manager takes care of all of booking so most of my interactions with Demian are psychotherapy during my actual sessions and not much else. I really like this set up and the very personal relationship I have built with Demian over the years. The employees of Counterpoint are clearely not interested at keeping families together, rather they prefer to protect their VESTED interest thuis advocate the benefits of separating husbands and wives, sons and daughters, which wrogfully generates and enzures the renewability of contracts from the City of Toronto, Ministry of the Attorney General and similar Government of Canada, Government of Ontario organisations. Another very very concerning fact is that the employees of Counterpoint promote the benefts of "forgiveness" yet are dealing with people who were charged, imprisoned for Criminal Charges related to Domestic Abuse, yet refuse to even consider or allocate any considerations to the credit of those who were charged, which inevitably leads to bias, and a dangerous state of tyrany perpetrated by City of Toronto, Ministry of the Attorney General and similar Government of Canada, Government of Ontario who tabled those infamous laws. So in the event you are reading this, please remember, it is fine to seek revenge, it is fair to seek justice for your own satisfation, because it is wrong for you to be beleguered to such an idotic programme, which does not account for your values, principles, feelings and most importantly, for the reasons which brought your life to a complete change, yet no one truly cares for what you endured, are enduring, or will.
