Very helpful and explained everything I needed to know about my shipment. It can be expensive but you are getting quality service and it's very quick; the shipment arrived the next day.

Only open 8-5 Monday to Friday? Not one day they are open late? Should we book time off to pick up our parcels? Not only that they won't leave your $8 parcel at the door even with permission. Also with mentioning they are in one of the most inconvenient locations so going on your lunch usually is impossible and they don't have a phone number. I went in and asked for it and the lady refused to give me it and suggested their call center number. Horrible shipping carrier.

She does not pay her drivers I worked for her and she owes me 175$ refuses to pay me. Owes another driver I know of 300$. She is a bad business owner!!!!

I had a guitar come from California, it was a gift to myself for being clean and sober for a decade, it made it to this place and vanished, no answer, no money and they even scammed me outta 456 buck tax and duty, someone who worked there stole it, I asked around and it is common, UPS did nothing, so for Christmas, I gave UPS a 2k guitar and close to 7 bills for shipping duty and taxes and got nothing, not even an apology, these people are thieves, never use them.
