They organized a time to deliver a mattress to my house between 3 and 4 pm. Then they called me just after 1 pm, well before the scheduled time, saying they were 20 minutes away from my place. I told them that i wouldn't be at home until 3 pm, so they agreed to deliver it just before 4 pm. At 3:40 pm they called and said they were 30-40 minutes away. I called them at 4:30, as they had not arrived yet, to which they said they were just 2 minutes away. They finally arrived at 4:45 pm, making me late for prior commitments. Poor time management and organization, very undesirable traits in a courier service. Would not recommend.

Their customer service is deplorable. Trying to get through to their phone line is an impossibility. I might as well have driven it to the destination myself.

Staff friendliness is somewhat lacking

Company called me in for an interview on my birthday 🎂. They were considerably rude, and inconsiderate saying that I was "wasting their time" on more then one occasion during the 20 minute interview. Lady on the phone said it would be driving a 5-ton 10 minutes into the interview you find out its just a truck...and they expect you to do it for minimum wage. Also they personally assured me they would call back whether or not they offered the job I dont expect a call. 👎 just a heads up

Driver left about 4 or 5 feet behind him making the parking spot tough to get in maybe he needs backing lessons .

Day late however once contacted they came within the window that worked best for me.
