Found myself in a bind while out of town... did the google search for some delivery options and came across three delivery services in Kelowna open till 11pm. One never answered, the second won't deliver to West Kelowna, and then I called Mini Express. 2 mins on the phone, a few texts back an forth with the info & payment and voila - they had it all handled in 45 mins!!! Not sure it would be reasonable to expect every time, but I was very much impressed to say the least. They have my business. Thanks again.

Utter garbage. DHL package passed on to these clowns. 1st delivery notice went missing so I couldn't authorize them to leave the $3 item on my porch. Final delivery notice says to go online to reschedule. Tried multiple times and they wouldn't redeliver. And their office hours for pickup, what a joke! M-F, 8:30 to 4:30 with a 2hr lunch break. How can anyone with a job get there to pick up a package!

Very poor customer service. I usually go to the UPS store in the Mission and always receive top notch service there. I am a very frequent customer of UPS and spend a fair bit of money with the company. I will spend the extra five minutes to go to the other store from now on.
