These guys are horrible, must call a set phone # then get a call back 2 hours later on the call back service. they inform me that I have to pick up package, wont provide local # wont provide hours of operation. When asked why is it possible to deliver a package a few days earlier ( must add just through it on my porch ( as I heard it being delivered when I was in my kitchen) good thing it was not breakable. then must pick up package that was to be delivered, however another package is out for delivery today and the roads are worse than yesterday and better then the other day they were successful at delivering. This is the worst service as it states delivery up to 8pm and in past I have received garbage service and my dog was barking at 10pm. they are horrible with any kind of communication. I will be making sure every one I speak to is aware of this garbage. If needed to get items delivered from ordering on line don't bother to deal with theses guys .

Not impressed. For a newer company to just cut service off for our area is unacceptable. Nice to see the competition step it up. Go Red Spade!

The industrial area and driving up to the building makes you feel like you are in the wrong place. Maybe need a bit better signage by the road. They always have the packages and have nice customer service. Short hours Closed for lunch And the biggest negative is they don't home deliver to Beaverly.

Poor service. Rude. Unhelpful. Wouldn't let my husband pick up a package for me yet we share the same name and address and he could provide ID. Wouldn't hold it for an extra couple days for me yet they are only open until 6pm so I couldn't get there to pick it up until Saturday. They are returning my package to sender.

Never got my tv. Now I have to go pick it up....

The night time receiving manager is not a vary happy guy I guess.

Shipped my bike cheaper than expected, awesome service, 10/10.
