Worst experience ever. Ordered truck for 7 AM it showed up 6 hours later. Lost so much money on this. Won't ever use them again.

We have been working with Mcfreight for over 10 years. The staff are courteous and professional, they always go above and beyond. We look forward to many more years!

cheap courier reasonable service. Have used them for 8 or so years and will continue to do so. Easy on order system so Cant understand why people have dispatch issues. If your in such a rush on a friday it has to get down there in a couple hours, we have learned this is not possible with any company, just drive it yourself.

Never have dealt with the company, but if the boys on TSN1040 endorse them they're in my good books!

I went down to the bus station yesterday and was met with great customer service. Robert the person working there was understanding, patient and empithtic to my situation . I was having scheduling issues and he went above and beyond to make sure I had an option. It's good to know you have great employees working at that station cause it really does make the diference difference when someone is going out of town on a trip. I want to thank him for finding me a way to get down there at a good price

I have looked for years for this kind of service in the Langley area. I have used similar companies but none of them have provided the excellent quality of service that Midori, Emily and Eric have provided over the past three years. every time, Purolator says no such address it goes not to the company but back to the warehouse this address is in the middle of the city for 70 years they take no phone calls, emails, nothing or directions giving the 3 alternative address in my building other companies FedEx, ups delivery 100 packages a day

I drive for Radius 4 days a week. I've also suggested them to many people for their local transportation needs. Everything from personal to commercial, refrigerated or not. They have been nothing but kind and courteous with me, and professional with everyone I've put them in touch with. As a driver I appreciate the maintenance and care that they put into keeping the trucks in a clean and safe condition.. Keep up the good work guys : )

Hands down the worst courier service in Canada, they will lie to you to try to cover up there own mistakes. Don't ever expect your parcel to be delivered when it's suppose to. Stay away from this company.

Shipped a cord for my mom's sleep machine to Europe $160 because it was urgent due to medical concerns. It was supposed to arrive in 2 days. Almost 2 months later it still hasn't arrived or been returned. Have had to call the UPS store many times and they don't return my call. I go in and they tell me they have to deal with head office and they will refund me once they hear back. That was 3 weeks ago. Still waiting for the cord, the refund and a response. Terrible.

Been there done that. No regrets.
