I don't do reviews very often but I had 13 teeth pulled 3 weeks ago all at once due to Cancer. I had a long10 month wait to get into the Hyperbaric Chamber and Coronation worked with me during my wait calling once a month for an update. When I finally got my appoint they fit me in right away. Dr Cho and his team were EXCELLENT! He was 15 minutes and had all 13 pulled with no pain. A little noise of breaking teeth but no pain. The after care was great as well. I just had my follow up appointment on Friday and he said all looks good. I visited 2 of their offices and they were both great. Friendly and helpful staff and Dr Cho was very good, quick, professional and caring. I love how they ask if all is OK when you can't say a word lol. I would give them a solid 10!

Awesome service, they are awesome people. Dr. Alazzawi did great job in restoring my smile. Office is very nice and the staff were friendly and helpful. I took my wife and kids there too. My kids were always giving me trouble when i take them to the dentist, i was surprised how my kids like to go there without giving me trouble. Thank you Smile Dental.

Nice friendly staff, and up to date with current technology and techniques. Also work towards preventing cavities.

I have been a patient of Dr. Witulska's since she became owner of this practice many years ago. She is extremely caring and very knowledgeable about dentistry. Dr. Witulska treats her staff and patients with the utmost respect and that is most important to me as a patient and a person. She is not only very gentle but does beautiful dentistry. You can tell she loves her job ! The hygienists are all very friendly and do a wonderful and thorough cleaning of my teeth. From my experience over the years it appears that the entire staff get along very well and are super friendly and fun to be around. This kind of office atmosphere makes me feel welcome and comforting. Best dental office in town !! Kudos to Dr. Witulska and her wonderful team of dental professionals :)

Absolutely abysmal service. I went in with several broken/abscessed teeth, one of which has been in incredible pain since January and she tells me "the way we do things in this office is first we will get your mouth to good health before we do any work" in other words she wasn't willing to fix ANY of my teeth until I underwent a cleaning. Which since they would have to apply local anesthetic due to sensitivity would have to be done across 4 appointments. Meanwhile each appointment takes at LEAST 2 weeks to get in to see. So I'm looking at doing 2 months of cleanings before she's even going to THINK about fixing any of my broken teeth. And do you have any idea how excruciating a scaling would be when you have several abscessed teeth? It's agony to simply tap on the tooth, nevermind having sharp metal instruments scraping roughly at them. This woman is a sadist who only cares about money. This is hands down the absolute WORST dentist I've ever been to in my entire life. And I'm not exaggerating, either. This isn't even this first time I've had problems with her either. A few years ago I went there to have another tooth fixed which a filling had come out of. She insisted that she do the procedure with no anesthetic or nitrous. Her reasoning? It was too shallow to need anesthetic. Well I'm sorry but I've got extremely sensitive teeth and a fear of dentists, which she clearly doesn't care about. I wound up walking out of the appointment before she could do anything. I had to call my insurance company and tell them not to let her bill them because she didn't do anything. The only reason I decided to give her a second try was because of the good reviews on here. Which is why I'm leaving this. If you have any problems with anxiety at the dentist, pain, sensitivity or any problems of that nature DO NOT go to this terrible dentist.

Excellent staff! Very gentle and caring. When you go in or even call in they show that they truly care for you and your family. Wouldn't want anyone else to see my family's teeth. Stop looking for a dentist in Brantford and area and go and see them!

Never dealt with them before and was going to be a new patient.. Not now as encountering ingnorance on their so called policy amd trying to hold me 48 hr notice of cancel when policy is 24-48hr. Nothing i can control when i got hit with postnasal from allergies. Then the audacity that she says she was there all day.. Well answer the phone!!! So insinuating I never called at all..I Was so ready to go over and show the dimwit my callers log..told policy for 48 hr notice yet message says 25-48hrs..had to threatened to call BBB and consumer protection from billing my insurance.. Fresh out of school... Green behind the ears.. Money hungry go to another dentistry who wont try to gouge you from a lame policy and should change their voice messaging service. Tried calling several times and finally had to leave a message. Im going somewhere friendlier and flexible and fair. Looking into calling headoffice and complain and make sure my insurance wont be billed... Incompetence at it's finest.
