Dr. Manny is very knowledgeable. He is one of the best dentist I have had. Everyone is really very professional and highly trained. The office itself is very clean and has good facilities. I also love the fact that they have a flat screen tv in the ceiling for each dental room... that way, I get entertained while the dentist works on my teeth. I highly recommend coming here.

Great office, very thorough. I never felt they were money hungry like some of the reviews. I've always been informed of the cost before treatment, and what part I was responsible for, and it has always been fair and the work has always been good.

I've had a lot of work done at dentists since I was a kid, and it's always resulted in me being incredibly apprehensive going. I took more than 10 years off during and after college. A friend recommended me to Dr. Dan and others at the office, so I tried them out. I needed 6 fillings done right away (expected) and was extremely nervous for the procedure. Everyone made me as relaxed as possible, and never rushed anything. The atmosphere in the office is great, and if you're a sports fan you'll notice a lot of great memorabilia. I've had work done by both doctors in the office and both have amazing technique with freezing (the part that bothers me most). Pre-freezing is done, and then the freezing technique is slow and painless. If you have issues with going to the dentist, I can't recommend this place enough. I'll be moving out of the area to Alliston, and I'm likely to continue the travel down.

I was going to Heart Lake Dental Care for all of my check-ups and any other dental needs for just over 10 years. I recently had to move to a new town, so it's too far away for me now. However, my experience here has always been great. All of the staff I have dealt with - from the dentists, to the dental assistants, to the staff at the front desk - have always been friendly and welcoming, and have always been happy to answer all of my questions. If I didn't have to move, I would probably still be going here. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, the facility is always clean, and they manage to stick to their appointment times pretty good too. The kindest and friendliest service I have ever recieved from a dental office. Everyone at the office is so kind and sweet. They remember you and take your issues as their own, whether it's Lorelie or Lisa at the front or Tina or Charlene in the back. Everyone is such a pleasure! Dr. Rahimi is very knowledgeable and is very warm and welcoming. She describes what processes she's gone through and makes you feel at ease. You feel at home at Brampton North Dental. I have been going to this dentist for about 30 years and always had the best service from all of the staff. Always helpful with insurance paperwork etc. the last review is obviously about the wrong place or a lie.

I usually don't write reviews but I had to review for this place. I've gotten work done here twice and will never return. Receptionists are annoying and unprofessional. The actual dentist does not keep her word. Come here if you want your insurance to be overcharged and pay out of pocket too! Lots of other dentists in this area that will treat you well and not try to scam you (although this place has made me lose hope in the dental industry).
