I love coming to Carlson Dental Group at Bartram Park. Super professional staff, clean atmosphere and Ashley Y. is great with her patients. If you are new to Jax and need a great dentist, Carlson Dental Group should be your first choice!

I had an amazing experience! From the moment I walked in the door I felt comfortable and they had me smiling and laughing. The process was quick and convenient. I was shocked when they told me they had only just opened the day before my visit! The staff worked together seamlessly and I left feeling informed and excited. I wish every dental appointment was like this one!

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL facility. The front desk clerk gave me false information after they had rescheduled my appt twice in one day. Then when I clarified things with my insurance provider and went back to question them they felt challenged and refused me services. I simply wanted to know what on my treatment plan was priority and what could be done at a later time. The hygienist and the doctor blamed the clerk for being new and stated that she doesn't know what she's talking about. I then went to say I felt the staff and the doctor was being very rude and unprofessional and the Doctor came around the corner and harshly told me to leave out of either of her doors. This was after she tossed my papers to the clerk and walked off in the middle of her and I consulting about my treatment plan. They say if you have questions, "ask your doctor," well I did and she was VERY RUDE. Sharmilla Anand, Kim, and Zee were all very unprofessional and I would not suggest anyone who ask questions about your treatment plans and the cost (when you have insurance) go here. They blamed the new lady Kim for the mishaps. Then I was accused of being irate when my 6 yr old stated the minute we walked out their door for the 2nd time, "Why are those people being so rude to you?" That told me a lot. I was only asking questions about what type of work was being done and t he expense I was expected to pay out of pocket. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL . I've never experienced this from a doctors office Ever!!! No stars

Awesome caring customer service specific towards my needs.

Dr. Howard and his staff are great. He explains each step of what he is doing so you know exactly what to expect. The office was staffed with happy friendly folks as well making it a pleasant experience from first contact when calling to schedule to checking out after the visit. I would recommend them.

Dr Spencer was my family dentist for about 10 years while we lived in Jacksonville. I still recommend him to anyone I know living in the Jax area. When we were moving I wished I could pack him and his staff up and take them with us!!
