Do you know how you know if an Office Cares about you is when you write a review and they contact you. I wrote the below review and it took 2 years but guess what I got a call from Dr Roessler's Office Manager and I could not be more pleased.
If this is setting a precedent of service to come and an upgrade to friendly, I want to spend time with the customer service I expect from the front office when I call walk up to them or have any contact at all, I am pleased to announce that they are off to the races. I Like to know who and feel like the environment I am in is familiar and friendly remember "Cheers" that's what I want to the best of the business ability.
As soon as I am able and Open Enrollment I am back to Dr Roessler and Valarie.

I had 2 extractions today at this office. They numbed my mouth before the shots. The extractions went well. The doctor and nurse was very nice. I was very nervous to go here after reading some of the reviews online, and having a previous traumatizing dental experience at another dentist. The nurse was great at keeping me calm, and very friendly. The doctor that pulled my teeth was Dr Imray. He was nice and did a excellent job with extracting my teeth. I will return to this location if I need another extraction.
