One stars too nice , Wish I could put minus 4 stars Booked my appointment online weeks in advance, confirmed the appointment via text message. For 11 am Saturday morning . 8:02 am Saturday morning I receive a text saying my appointment is for 10 am. I don't remember confirming that with the letter C, so how did that all of a sudden change? Who changed the appointment? I call in and I'm told that my appointment is not going to happen because I have to do something called a new patient exam with a hygienist blah blah blah ....wait a second ... I had a tooth pulled out from you guys a year or two ago , and did the new patient exam / questionnaire paperwork , so I guess I WAS A PATIENT because I clearly remember you pulling my tooth out and I clearly remember paying you good money for it! So did you just lose the paperwork /file? How many other people's schedules have you rearranged at a moments notice , so yours wont be affected???? In my profession I provide the utmost customer service and professionalism to every single person I meet with. It really sucks when you can't find the same service. Especially from a dental clinic who says they'll "take great care of you". Time to find a new dentist, one who cares for their patients . Too bad I was gonna spend a few hundred dollars there that day , Plus my fiancé and daughter were both going to be future patients. Not no more!!! thanks for wasting my time. Definitely two thumbs way down .

Years later, I realize the dentists there ruined my teeth just because they wanted me to get braces. I had nice teeth. now my crooked teeth is haunting me. Thanks.

Excellent experience with my bone and gum graft and implants and the followup. Dr. Noroozi was incredibly kind, professional and knowledgable. The office feels like home and his team is simply the best. The office is very modern and clean with nice atmosphere.

Dr Maria Zanjanian is the absolute BEST!! This Dental Practice is my regular Dentist and they've done a fantastic job with my teeth over the years. However, my mum (who is visiting from Overseas) had a painful toothache and needed emergency work and Dr Maria Zanjanian Service was exemplary. I highly recommend them!!

Dr. Goran and Dr. Dragana have been my dentists for the past 15 years or so. My kids and my wife are also now clients of Dr. Goran and Dr. Dragana. Our experience with our dentists is extremely positive. They are great professionals with great customer service. My family and I highly recommend Dr. Goran and Dr. Dragana.

I walked into the clinic due to convenience. Customer service is good except for the dentist Dr. Wise Tang that did my filling. I have had fillings done numerous times in the past, never had this experience. My filling was done in November, 2016 and till this day, 9 months later I can no longer bite with those teeth. I went back 4-5 times in the first 3 months. Each time she'll keep shaving the filling off stating it's high on the bite. Common sense will tell you, with each shaving you are getting closer to the nerve and exposing it making the tooth even more sensitive. I had to tell her that and she's the one with a doctorate degree. There's no manager to complain to. Made them switch dentist and got my filling redone which improved but not the same anymore. Even my husband is unhappy with his treatment. Never went back.... Wise Tang even sold me on going for Invisalign during my very first visit. Not giving them my business ever!
