I work in the building and decided to try it out. The outside is very unassuming and partly why it took me over 2 years to consider going in. I was also hesitant to use a 'new dentist'. Turns out they've been operating at this location for nearly 25 years! The staff there are warm and welcoming. Rimma always has a wonderful smile waiting when you step in. The hygienists are attentive and the conversation is just right. It's helpful that they have Netflix in each room too. And of course Dr. Tsimmerman himself is knowledgeable, attentive and his advice to date has always been spot on. He doesn't push unnecessary services and worked with my schedule when my insurance coverage ran out at the end of the year. I highly recommend them!

Dr. Anna Skalska is great, made sure I was okay every step of the way. I felt barley any discomfort and I haven't had problems with the tooth since. The clinic is very clean, and the staff is friendly.

Hands down, this is the best dentist in the city. I've always been weary of going to the dentist, but the staff here make you feel comfortable, and at home from the moment you step inside. The work is done professionally, with care and precision. I highly recommend this office for anyone looking for a new dentist.

My personal opinion Norton Dental Center at 1 Oak Street unit 3, Toronto, Ontario, is by far the best dental office I have ever gone to and it came very highly recommended to me. majority of my life I have had bad experiences with dental offices. Leave me feeling very afraid and unsafe. And now for the first time in my life EVER I am no longer afraid to go to the dentist office. I highly recommend. Norton Dental, The entire staff gives you a very warm welcoming feeling. Like right at home kind of feeling You're part of the family. They make their patients feel very welcome and safe. They're very understanding and compassionate. And they do explain everything to you. I used to wait between 10 to 20 years before I would go see a dentist. Not anymore. they absolutely deserve more than 5 star rating. My opinion 10 I have been there three times already. And looking forward to my next visit. Thank you. Really nice office, high end new equipment they use. Staff were plenty friendly too, they were helpful with every little question I had and were polite the entire time.

If I could give this place a zero, I would. My parents were looking for a new dentist to replace a crown for my mom and we were referred here by some people we knew. My mom then went for a first visit and after the dentist took a look he then rudely asked if she could afford the $900 replacement. I can't believe the tone and ridiculous question posed to my mom. So much for "great service". We are never returning, and bringing our money elsewhere where we are treated with respect.

Over priced and complete rip off . Also will force you to take treatment and make you sign a form if you deny.

As a new patient, it was an excellent experience. Staff was great, and thoroughly explained the whole process. They were very aware of my insurance policy, and helped to provide the best care within the bounds of my coverage. The ability to bill directly to insurance was a great bonus!

An amazing dentist with a great deal of compassion. Gentle hands, great chair side manner and very patient. Highly recommend. If you are looking for someone with a lot of talent in cosmetic dentistry, Dr Andrea is your best bet in Toronto! I had the pleasure of being treated by both Andrea and her husband who is a periodontist. They are both a formidable team. The dynamic duo of dentistry!

infected mess,over dosed on propofol with no warning,sick for week N/V/D. doc gave no history of treatment.

When my dentist retired I fell behind with my dental care Working in Yorkville and knowing doctor Weiss it was a natural choice for me to start a new relationship I had issues and confirmed by X-rays Dr Weiss planned a way to get me back to healthy gums and teeth This turned out to be a multi visits and somewhat expensive and lengthy process Today I have great teeth No bleeding of the gums Never have to chew gum to mask breath ......
