Very nice people, very skilled - I had a 20 year old crown removed, decay underneath fixed, and a new one installed. All without discomfort (nothing even close to pain).
They also registered with my insurer for me - a new one to them!

Last year I went, the dentists are really great. No pain dentistry!!!!
I was supposed to get my partial, but no matter how many messages I left no one would call back.
Finally, I called this year May 2017.
Everything went right thru. They had two receptionist last year that we're finally fired for not answering their phones.
Everything is great now. Very capable receptionist and excellent work.

Sometimes, I don't like their receptionists they can be snippy at times and not very friendly! Having great customer service you have to be friendly for patients to come back feeling comfortable with the services they provide! Alot of people I have talked with say that they may not come back because of their staff in the office over all! It's quite shocking to me it is not that bad really. The rooms yes are open for people that go passed see in on what you are doing, I just look at them and they go on their way, I totally don't care about that. I am just getting my teeth cleaned and out I go! But, they do have rules about ur cell phones omg, guys that's actually everywhere! The Dentist is very persistent, straight to the point, friendly and supportive of the concerns you might have! No problems here me and my daughter been here for years!
