I have been going to Dr. Young's office since I was a child and I have never had an issue. The staff is excellent and Dr. Young is so nice and does such an amazing job, everyone always has a smile on their face and are very welcoming. It makes going to the dentist so much easier. I would recommend this office to anyone.

Dr Mishra was the only dentist in the Central Valley that could do the implants and snap-in dentures for my mother. We were actually referred by one of the other dentists we first saw. I took her to the Merced Office initially and was able to take her in for a follow-up on in his Turlock office. He did an excellent job and exhibited the highest skill level coupled with a very kind and gentle approach and care.

My wife had a filling done here and was not told at time of service that it was not covered at the normal rate by insurance. We got a mystery bill in the mail and had to spend hours trying to figure out what the charge was for. They admitted their mistake but refused to rectify the charge. The office manager Mohammed threatened us with sending our bill to collections. Corporate billing basically admitted to medical extortion saying that 'if the procedure was necessary, she would have it anyways' to explain why cost of the procedure was not explained before the service.
In addition to this, the wait times are long, the communication is poor and service is unreliable (my wife once waited in a doctor's room for 45 minutes only for the dentist not to show up). Avoid at all costs.

Pure Orthodontic's team have been great! They are super accommodating if brackets break off etc... and can get you in right away for emergencies. I have seen all the doctors here and they are all super friendly and knowledgeable. I had a small bump along the road in my treatment but the manager Kelly and Dr. H took care of my concern without any issues/hesitation. This office is upbeat and fun as opposed to your typical "dental" office where it might feel somber.
