I had the best experience today at this Total Wine & More. A lady named Coco helped me and not only did she know where every item was that I wanted but she checked the store inventory for items that were or weren’t in stock. She was very patient, friendly, kind and helpful with my decision making. She’s a keeper. We need more folks like her that actually connect with the customer. The store was clean and organized. Friendly and knowledgeable staff!

It's ok. I'll continue going there but a few things they could improve. I'm not always certain of the price. Things are either not marked or out of place. I like the craft beers and they need to offer them individually so you aren't locked into a 4 or 6 pack. The beers that are offered separately are from broken packs and most taste expired from the ones I've tried. It doesn't smell great in here most of the time. The staff is super friendly and there is a wide selection. If price was better marked and they had single options on the beer I'd give a higher rating.

Kip and his staff are always pleasant, and very helpful. I love craft beer, and this is definitely the place to go; for the best selection. I highly recommend West End Liquor!

They have a great selection of everything. One of the girls helped me find a very good bottle of wine. She introduced herself and If I remember right her name was Mallory. Very nice and very helpful. So all in all I had a great experience there.
