Katie our tour guide was fabulous! And the product was wonderful as well. All in all a top-notch experience!

Always a very nice spot for spirits that are hard to find, especially if you're looking for a specific flavor of something etc.

Salesperson was very helpful. I was very impressed with the huge variety of alcohol, mixers and even garnishes. Great store well organized and stocked.

For New Year's Eve, I like to have some Chimay Blue. Friar Tuck has always had it in stock, except this year. After trying two Friar Tuck locations, I had to settle for Chimay Red - also a great beer, just not my regular choice. Still can't complain about Friar Tuck. Most liquor stores do not carry any Chimay varieties, so the fact that Friar Tuck had three varieties on New Years Eve was pretty good. And the employees were very friendly and helpful, even though they were swamped with last-minute New Year's Eve shoppers.

This place is bigger than I thought and have a great selection of any kind of spirits or beer you need

Fun tour, though it is very warm inside. Our guide was knowledgeable and I really appreciated being right on the production floor. The tastings of their bourbon, gin, and vodkas was well presented and delicious. We had previously tried their Pumpernickel rye but not their regular bourbon or their gin. The gin is excellent, great nose and flavor profile. Their bourbon was equally great with a nice smoothness though it is young. Their vodka is well done and has none of the harsh bite that is often found with vodka. Their flavor infused vodkas are good as well. Thanks for the tour.

I walked in because I saw the sign. The guy welcomed me into his place, offered a drum set and a samply... I was looking for art, but I found a tiny distillery with a reasonably priced crafted rim that mixed well with my mulled cider. I recommend stopping by; you might walk out with art, alcohol, or in a band.

Great selection of meads and wines, struck out on the specific bottle of Feisty Mead I wanted, which is the limited run bourbon barrel aged bottle, but none the less will look again for other spirits.

this place is definitely 0 stars how dare you I'm going to pay parking just to go in to buy real liquor that's crazy and how hungry for money

I don’t think this restaurant would’ve been on my radar if it weren’t for Restaurant Week, but I’m so glad we ventured out to try it. We didn’t have reservations (but I highly recommend making one). Despite having no reservations, we had a gin tasting and then seated ourselves at the bar (which btw is full service). The food was better than expected, the drinks top notch, and the servers are very friendly. MUST TRYs: Fried brussel sprouts, fingerling potatoes and 4 Peel Gin

First time here. Surprisingly larger selection then you would think. Staff was awesome and very friendly and helpful. Saw a few things I may need to get later.

We were referred to this store by the super friendly staff at a local restaurant and bar while we were on vacation. There was an impressive selection and the staff was knowledgeable and friendly. After starting a conversation with Stacie, she told me that they had a limited amount of spirits available for tasting. As I was trying to find something to give as a gift and was looking to find something that couldn't be obtained in my home town. she helped narrow down my tastings to the selections that met my criteria. I haven't had customer service like that when shopping for spirits in a long time. I also had an opportunity to speak with the owner, Steve. He was a very personable guy and he shared some local history and color with me. It was a very enjoyable visit and I'm sure that I will visit this store again in the future.

They always have everything I need excellent customer service

We wandered in while exploring the south slope area. We were the only ones there (it was early-ish on a Sunday), an Emily treated us to a tasting and cocktails. She was passionate about the distillery and distillery industry and was friendly, conversational, genuine, and helpful. Nice vibe and really good cocktails.

An absolute must stop in the Asheville area. The people are incredibly friendly, the cocktails are expertly crafted and their passion for distilling quality spirits is apparent. (Thanks for letting me get some 35mm photos of the still.)

Clean...well organized...if they don't have what you are looking for they will try to get ot for you
