Need more choices plus your prices are all higher then the government liquor store

A new staff at the front desk, very rude and condescending. There are lots of other choices in Vernon. Challenge to management remove or retrain staff. The prices are creeping higher than competitors and selection decreasing. You.have lots of work to do!

Organized, lots of product, even when busy flow is good, line moves quickley

The last couple of times I've been in Jon has helped me. He's very cheery and even recalled my drink of choice! I'm impressed!

Dave was very helpful with the wines and his recommendations were excellent! He is definitely knowledgeable with his reds, whites and fruit wines. Place was clean with a wide variety of choices!

Ladysmith BCLiquor is small and doesnt have a great selection. It also doesnt have the best hours of operation. Staff is friendly and helpful. Convinient location close to a grocery store.

The Staff has greatly improved since I first began shopping there 5 years ago. Used to be run by adolescents with bad attitudes and needing to prove something (in my opinion). But the staff has certainly evolved over the last few years (been replaced) and this group of helpful people are not the disrespectful kids that I initially provided the occasional attitude adjustments, free of charge. Lol *Huge selection and helpful staff. ***Tell them your phone number when you cash out and earns you points that you can use to pay for your beer and wine etc. Great business practice no doubt! Has more selection than most bcl and way nicer staff I'd avoid going to ANY whiterock locations !!
