Love my new glasses! Every one was so helpful 😁

I have been a client here for about 11 years. The staff are very talented at finding me the perfect pair of glasses for my face. I am complimented often and people want to know where I get my frames. I only had to use the warranty once. I dropped my glasses and got a huge scratch in a lens - they were great at replacing the lens without any hassle.

I recently had cataract surgery. Dr. Nathan Reader is the best. He's not only an excellent surgeon, he took time to explain the procedure in detail, told me what to expect and made me feel very secure and comfortable during the surgeries. I had a wonderful experience with Pearle Vision. They offer the option to have retinal pictures taken instead of having your eyes dilated, which I thought was great - who wants their eyes dilated if you can avoid it? Everyone I worked with was friendly & easy to work with, and special shout-out to Jessica, one of the opticians! She made the arduous process of trying on new glasses fun & helped me pick the perfect pair!

Pat was a great help! I brought one of my sons one day of MEA break. We found glasses and had them made in an hour. Then next day I brought my other son and we had the same experience!

NO menswear at Bathurst NB location

We took our son here for his first visit. Neither my husband or I have glasses and we didn’t know what to expect! The office looked good, the staff were extremely friendly and professional! Our Doctor was fantastic, she worked so hard to make sure Reed’s prescription was perfect for him! I feel like she went above and beyond to help him! They didn’t have the glasses Reed wanted in stock but they researched the type of frame he wanted and came up with an alternative that will work much better. I would recommend this office to anyone! Collect optimum points and save on groceries. Has it's own check your groceries yourself. Service is top notch. The managers are to helpful and genuine! Very approachable to help you with anything! Huge selection from organic to clothes, makeup,toys, diapers etc. We love our superstore!! They host cooking classes at and day. Has an elevator and eating area and bathrooms upstairs! Free parking and lots of grocery carts available

Best Customer service in town

Wow! What a place. They've got everything you would expect a Walmart to have. They've got walls, shelves, a roof, and cash registers in case you buy anything. There's food, there's socks, there's coats, and cell phones. Oh they even have a floor to walk on and shopping carts for shopping. Just watch out, most of the items described here are not for sale, so don't even try.
