It's as good as you can expect from a big box store. Markups are a little high compared to equivalent Amazon purchases for some things but they tend to offer no tax days and gift certificates on qualified purchases to make up for it.

I just had an appointment in my studio with Ben Renth from SofSurfaces. First of all I love the flooring samples I saw, but it was the experience that made me want to write this review.
Ben reached out to me almost a month ago requesting an appointment in my studio with no pressure. He confirmed the appointment last week and arrived early. He educated me about the product and shared ideas that were relevant to my personal training studio with respect and understanding. This was one of the most pleasant appointments I have ever had with a vendor. I am looking forward to my specific estimate and doing business with this company.
Thank you Ben and SofSurfaces!
