Flooring

I was in need on carpet for my stairs. I came here and was surprised. They showed me how to install the carpet from start to finish including staple size and what electic stapler to purchase. Great customer service! Keep up the great work!

Great service & lots of options to choose from. Hardwood & Tile samples Easy to coordinate decor with design.

One of the greatest shopping experiences you can have. The owners are very helpful and they often stock items other Home Hardware locations would not even think of. Parking is on the road, but there are plenty of spots available.

There's so much going on behind these doors. The volume of product offerings is a little staggering. The breadth of knowledge on topics of flooring is incredible, but I'm so pleased at the passion surrounding sustainability and the stewardship of our planet and it's resources. It's not hard to see the European sensibilities behind the brand. But this place represents what North Americans can do when they take on that approach whole-heartedly. Or maybe it's more about the brand simply empowering people to approach the industry the way they've wanted to approach it for so long...

Fair pricing on tools I needed, but very difficult to find a knowledgeable clerk to answer some questions.

They made the whole buying a floor experience painless quick and affordable

Great place exelant service

Great prices

Great service in the paint department!

Cool renovation store

It's an interesting place, a little cramped but good quality wood.

We appreciated the help and attention in getting just the right materials for our renovation. The project was done well and efficiently. We love our new Shaw carpet and continually marvel at its soft feel under foot! It's just what we were looking for. Your installers were professional arriving on time, filling cracks, installing new tackless strips where needed and perfectly placing the nice quality padding and the lush carpet. Great job and we love it! The marble pieces surrounding the fireplace are beautiful. So happy you quickly found a suitable replacement for our discontinued first choice and had it ready to go in short order. A special thanks to you, the installers and B & B.

Very nice ppl

Better selection and much friendlier service than other places in town, much prefer this place over the other “lumber store”.
