The people at Carpet Mill Outlet were awesome. They helped me pick out a carpet and vinyl floor that I love, and then they were skilled and meticulous with the installation. It turned out fantastic, and for a great price also!

Had a water pipe the destroyed our floors. They can in and put in new floors and they look great. Will tell my friends

Great place, nice big store stocks more than many Home Depots.

I needed some refinishing work done in my apartment and I hired these guys. They turned my peeled wooden cabinets into brand new ones and my floors got all shiny and glossy. They gave me a fair price and I intend to hire them again!

Rick and his team were remarkable. We had custom steps put in our house and the guys that worked on the project were amazing. Rick was personally there to advise us when issues arose and to make sure that our complete satisfaction was of upmost importance.

All you need for home improvements. One stop shopping for gardening, kitchen, bath and all home needs. Everything you need for home improvements and then some. I can't day enough...

It's terrible that I have to write a review about a store, with which we didn't conduct complete business. We went to the store on Sunday to learn more about hardwood flooring. Paid $25 for someone to come and measure our home. On Monday, the measurer/installer called and set an appointment for 6 PM Thursday evening. Well, it's 6:45 on Thursday (today) and there is no installer and no phone call. We called the store to cancel the appointment since we had not heard anything, and also to request a refund. 10 minutes later we get a phone call from the measurer/installer who stated that he was stuck in traffic and was running late. I relayed to him that we had just contacted the store to cancel the appointment since we had not heard from him. The installer/measurer got upset and asked why we didn't call him first. I tried to explain the concept of customer service and that you don't call your customers after you are already late, but in advance. This was clearly too much for him to comprehend and he didn't seem to understand that it was not our obligation to find out his location but rather, he had a duty to contact the customers since he is the one who scheduled the appointment. He became irate and told me what he thought I should have done, got belligerent, and hung up on me. Even though he acted like a complete idiot, we consider this a blessing in disguise - he might have installed the floors backwards or even upside down. Needless to say we will not do business with Lumber Liquidators, ever!

I first used Creech Floor Service, 3 years ago when I remodeled my kitchen. We stripped down our kitchen floor all the way to the original 4 inch pine sub-floor. They turned out beautiful and to this day any one who has seen the kitchen floor can not believe they are 62 years old. I also used Creech Flooring again on a home my husband flipped. These were 66 year old Oak Floors and not in the best of shape. Creech, did their magic again and these floors turned out to be the best part of the house according to our real estate agent. We are flipping our 2nd house and they too have Oak Hardwood floors and Creech Flooring, will do those too. I would recommend Creech Flooring, to any one who needs their hardwood floors refinished. They are a family owned business who cares about their customers and does an excellent job. I promise you will not be disappointed in their work because they take pride in what they do. I would use them again and again and recommend them to all our friends and family.

Best business around if you need carpet and flooring

Beautiful carpet. This company stands behind what they sell. If there are any issues, they are committed to resolving them (cheerfully), whatever it takes. There are not too many companies these days that provide that level of service and that strong of a guarantee. If I ever need carpet again in the future, I would not consider anybody else.
