Flooring

clean and well organized. staff were very kind. I hate to spend too much time here looking for something I need, but one of the employees directed me to the right section.

Always a great experience because the employee's are always helpful in giving me assistance in locating what I'm looking for.

I called to get an estimate from this company. Scott the partner of this place got really annoyed with the miscommunication he had with me. Instead of trying to understand the situation, he told me I dont know what I'm talking about and got really frustrated and annoyed with me. So arrogant and rude in every way Scott. Way to treat customers over the phone with the attitude. I had to hang up the phone because Scott was raising his voice at me trying to lecture me like I'm his child. Omg Scott. Now I know for sure who not to recommend to our general contractor buddies. Scott. You may be a nice person in some ways but you were just rude and ridicules with me today. Educate yourself how to talk to clients over the phone first before running business. You don't even deserve one star. Way to ruin the reputation for everyone who works there.

Found everything I needed very quickly. Staff was very helpful.

We used KBF by Audi to remodel our kitchen, family room, dinning room and living room into an open floor plan and could not be happier. KBF by Audi also remodeled two bathrooms and our laundry room. Jamil, Erika (for the design choices) and John (Flooring) could not have been more professional. Their expertise made this BIG project actually Fun. Their workers cleaned up daily after a days work. Having a showroom that you can go to to pick out your fixtures, cabinets, tile, flooring etc was VERY helpful. There were no surprises in either the cost or the time quote. We would highly recommend them and will us them again if we have another need.

American Decorating has some of the best decor I have seen. They have amazing kitchens and the flooring is absolutely wonderful! The staff is extremely friendly and their holdiday parties are always so much fun with lovely decorations.

Is great

I had my hardwood flooring and kitchen cabinets remodeled, when I walked into the store they had a wide selection of options. Nancy and Shawn were very friendly, they explained to me every little detail and what fitted my needs. They were patient with me and gave me great customer service, I've never seen such amazing customer service! They treated me like family, I asked a lot of questions and they were more than happy enough to answer them for me. The installers were fantastic, I had no issues at all, it was quick and the finished result was perfect.

It's only a warehouse

Store looks great and makes comparing options easy.

Very helpful Mike and employee's were very helpful and understanding when we couldn't make up our minds thanks for your help and patience
