Flooring

Waited 15 minutes in front of the key making machine before getting any service. Several "orange aprons" walked by without a glance my way. In the end, two fellows worked two key-making machines to make 12 keys quickly.

Knowledgeable, Honest, and Professional. The work was performed quickly , and accurately. I had no issues with the installation and was glad to pay for their work. I will recommend and use them again.

The best contractor for hardwood floors! Easy to work with, on time, fast, and impeccable work! I have used them more than once and will definitely use in the future and recommend to others.

Decent price for what they do.

We had delayed in finishing our basement for many years because we had several poor experiences with contractors over the years. When I finally decided to talk to Abbey, I immediately felt that they took my concerns seriously and were willing to meet my expectations. Throughout the entire process, we were kept well informed. The project was completed on time, if not a few days early. They were at my house every day, working full days to complete the project in as little time and disruption as possible. Rob and Gio, along with Jimmy and Justin were very professional, and their technical knowledge/abilities were exceptional. They always went above and beyond to complete the project in ways that took into consideration what is "nicer" and "better", rather than just getting done. They often knew what we would want better than we did, and would make the recommendations. Our basement has been completed, and is so much better than we had hoped, and the experience was perfect! Although Abbey may not have been the cheapest option out there, I will definitely use them again for all the reasons stated above!

I find the staff at this Home Depot to be very friendly and helpful. Great selection in most things, good prices.

Poor workmanship and horrible service. If you are looking for professional service and clean finishes, do not waste your time with this contractor. Material around the sliding door is hollow and the screws come out when you force the door to open from outside. The window width above the sliding door is about 8 inches shorter and it looks odd. The sliding door is not aligned with the vertical window and he used wood in between to make up the shortcoming between two vinyl frames.. The door jams and it takes an adult to use force to open and close...and the list goes on. Do not waste your time.

We got a sweet deal on Stock B appliances. You can get them up to 30% cheaper.

This place is great. Massoud and Ali don't sell you flooring, they teach you all about the product, history, manufacturing and care, and then let you make up your own mind. Free history and care lesaons with no pressure sales.

Friendly service. Very helpful. Flawless delivery ahead of schedule
