Flooring

Good place to buy flooring from

Very helpful

I ordered flooring for the first floor of my home

Great sales staff, great prices and great installers, every one knows their stuff and are very helpful and pleasant to deal with. I bought this house one year ago and it had ugly carpet and nasty, nasty peel and stick vinyl, Better Floors has completely transformed my home with hardwoods and luxury vinyl, very happy with the results.

I use them both personally and professionally and am extremely satisfied with their knowledge, their integrity, their product offerings and the work of their installation teams.

Don’t mind the last comment it was a joke

I have been using Tom for years and always delivers a good finished product. I have had him refinish 20 plus floors over the past 6 years.

Romanoff cancelled the installation with little notice due to a problem on their end and put me at the back of the line. Will never order from Home Depot again.

Mr. Lee and his team do quality work at a fair price- they worked with us to get the end result we wanted, and we couldn't be happier with the result. We would highly recommend for both refinishing and installation, both of which we had done by Lee in our new home.

Service workmanship.... Great Prices.... Great Customer Service....Great Combination !!! Highly Recommend : ) Wilson Blanchard

Recently, I had water damage to my kitchen floor from a pipe in the ceiling springing a leak. My insurance company determined the damage to my kitchen floor would also require replacing the great room floor as well to make a perfect match. The old floor was simulated vinyl planks glued to 1/4 inch plywood. I was quite happy with this floor and wanted to replace my floor with the same thing. I was informed this type of flooring no longer exists. My option would be a free floating floor. I was shocked at the cost of the floor and installation. My sister insisted I call Tony Tran about replacing the floor with oak. She had her kitchen and den floor replaced with oak by Tony Tran several years ago. Tony Tran and his crew were out to my house the next day after calling. I was pleasantly surprised how inexpensive it was going to be to replace my floor with real oak!! It was half the price of the free floating floor!!! Tony and his crew had the old flooring ripped out in no time. Before installing the new hardwood, his crew nailed down my subfloor where ever it was not level. Next, they put down a layer of material on top of my subfloor. It was just a matter of two days before the kitchen, pantry, hallway , and great room was covered in superior grade red oak. Next came three layers of polyurethane on three separate days. Finally, his crew came out to place matching quarter round molding around all the rooms that had the floor replaced. I wish I could attach photos of their work. Everything is absolutely outstanding!!! I would highly recommended you consider using Tony Tran and his crew for flooring. Their work is outstanding!!! Mark Farrell
